  • b1 bomber also had some failures before but now you see it has been used in different missions like iraq and afghanistan..

  • ...maneuverable to avoid being shelled by friendly cannon. The F-22 will NEVER operate from aircraft carriers. EVER.

Look, I'm not on any side of this argument, Im using common sense and my engineering know-how (i know a lot more than you think) to straighten this out. Zeptocomp made a mistake trying to compare the Typhoon and the Raptor. The F-15 vs. the Typhoon makes mooore sense, because they are used in the exact same way.

  • ... same role. If I'm correct, the Su-47 is a strike fighter meant to get in there VERY fast and get out VERY fast. Like I said before, the F-22 is meant for beyond-visual range combat and stealth penetration. This the F-22 excels at, for that is its purpose.

  • @1ofDawnmist Su-47 is nothing more than a test and demonstrator fighter, its not in production at all.

  • @SpywareHater Wow, I didn't know that! Thanks for the info.

Speaking of not-in-production aircraft, the F-35 Lightning II makes me think that Lockheed Martin is trying too hard to be the leader in aviation.

What we REALLY need is a successor to the F-104 Starfighter. It should retain the original design and it should use a GE engine with those special bypass flaps to bring back that glorious howl...

    Mid-1950s interceptors are BOSS.

  • Other people will say we wasted our money on these planes, but the fact is they are jealous of American superiority. It must be hard living in our gigantic shadow, i can understand why people will try to downplay the Raptor. But the fact is, its a beast, manufactured from the depths of hell!!!!!!!!!!!!! jk

  • Both aircraft are fantastic feats of engineering. Anyone in the industry will know how complex these beasts are & nothing is perfect immediately.

Remember they will protect us all if we ever have the need to call on either, whether you're US or European & there's little point comparing them as they'll never fight.

    Good factual account, good effort!

  • Nice job!...but you didn't need a long vid...just the one pic with the F22 and Eurofighter....that picture is worth a thousand words!...game...set... and match!

  • @215alessio dont think so but see : i dont like the tornado , dont know why and im really looking forward for the ef to replace it ;) thats all...

  • One word... SUPERIOR.... to what? To everything

  • Nailed the haters!

    Great job!

  • You nailed the Haters!

    Great Job!

    Thank u!

This will be a great comeback fir me ;)

  • BlaBLABLABLABLBALBALBLABLA

  • LA MUSICA ESTA MUY BIEN,LAS ARMAS DEFINEN LA ESTUPIDEZ DE ALGUNOS SERES.....

  • what is the music which accompanies the movie&

  • Who is that music by?! My uncle had showed this vid to my Pops and I heard the music..lol It drew me to this...I had to find it in the history.

  • @JesusFrk01 dj tiesto - adagio for strings

  • lo unico bueno de este video es la musica nada mas..

  • buuuuuuuuuuuu rusia fuck eeuu.

  • Well the Eurofighter and F-22 are both nice. lets just team up and fight against Sukhoi fans... greets from Europe...

  • a..bullshit..check some recent chalk times

  • all i have to say about the f-22 raptor is 470 terrorists just shit their pants

  • @699backstab Lets see you make better.

  • Hmmm ...... My family sleeps at night ! GO AIRFORCE !

  • The Raptor looks about 100 times better any way - The Euro Fighter looks like a shitty old Mirage from 1975.

  • If the Sukhoi's are SO much better like these Russian Fighter fanboys think.. then why would they be building the PAK-FA? For fun? No, to try to counter the F-22 because they know it's top dog. Funny when they call the F-22 a piece of shit..because the PAK-FA is already not turning out well. And you know Russia cant afford 150 Million dollar planes in large numers. Thats just a fact.

  • Tiësto - Adagio For Strings :)

  • whats the name of the song? =D

  • both are trial and error

  • The F-22 is being copied by everyone now......the Chinese think they have it all with their J-20......it is not proven, in service and far too big. China could never build anything on its own other than junk they sell at Walmart. The copy everyone, especially Russian technology that was stolen from other NATO countries by their network of spies, China has their hand in the cookie jar here in the US as well. Traitors and greed for money to buy and steal whatever they need.....said but true.

  • What he trying to prove? the F22 was never on trial! other fighter designer may talk shit about the aircraft but that is all there comments will ever be! quite frankly I am yet to see another fighter designers actually demonstrate a production fighter of this quality an ability!

  • have you people heard and seen are the hate for the f-22 f-35 and americans take part in the hate! it's sick hope to see the next gen f/a-22 block to roll out as soon as possible. and i believe the f-35 is going to be the best fighter/bomber force Multipling for many years to come god bless the u.s.a and american forces

  • XYNTA kakaya-to...

  • their is no way in hell a 50million dollar, supposed stealth plane with pitiful 4th gen engines and no thrust vectoring can compete with the raptor

  • USA Spends USD 690+ Billion on defense while Russia spends USD 55+ Billion.. By simply looking at these figures you can clearly see why the F22 is far more superior to any existing and projected fighter aircraft, because it has all the best and the newest stuff. The US has the best aeronautical engineers in the world, the fastest super computers, the best weapons, and the best PILOTS. More defense spending means more training hours for pilots, which makes all the difference. Superior training!

  • He has also worked on many other projects like the m1 Abrams tank and seawolf class submarines, etc. He says the f-22 took so long to develop because the technology the designers wanted to be in the aircraft were not possible at the time they needed to wait for technology to advance.

  • @fgrimley32 first I wanted to say thanks for serving in our air force, and I hope to one day serve too. I just wanted to say that the F-22 definitely has it's flaws but it's only the first "A" model. It takes time to create a good solid and reliable aircraft such as the F-16 and F-15. My grandpa has worked with and designed software for the military for 35+ years and just retired, he worked on many aircraft such as the AH-64, AH-1, C-130, and many more including most of the AWACS aircraft. He h

  • the point is not about speed, a human can survive at any speed, even Mac 10 if the plane is going in a straight line at constant speed. These are law of physics.

Now what can kill a human at that speed is the variation of it. If you accelerate or decelerate or turn the speed varies and your vains will explode.

  • dude i´m german and i LOVE the raptor but the thing i like about the eurofighter is that it will replace that shitty tornado jets in the luftwaffe :) but the f 22 is the best fighter jet at the time and thats it ;)

  • @JazzJaRa uh well , the main thing is that we get new fighter planes ^^ cuz these tornados are soo old ...

  • @JazzJaRa Proof the Eurofighter beat the F-22 is where?

  • @JazzJaRa Epic Fail. That video came out years ago, already dis-proven and there are no non-youtube sources to prove this event occurred. The true story is 2x Typhoons beat 2x F-15E Strike Eagles in England.

  • @JazzJaRa your info is not accurate. might want start talking to f-15 pilots who went against the f-22

  • @JazzJaRa You do realise nothing you post is facts right? No legit sources. Try again.

  • @JazzJaRa No legit sources again. You fail.

  • @SpywareHater No F-15E (or for that fact, ANY f-15 variants) has been taken down by enemy aircraft or artillery. EVER.

Not sure if the F-22 will keep that ball rolling.

BTW, the F-15 is from the 1980s, but the Typhoon is Y2K, so OF COURSE the F-15 is gonna be beat. It's proven fact.

  • @1ofDawnmist The F-15 is actually a mid 1970s aircraft, The Typhoon is mid 1990s, still the situation where the F-22 was defeated by the Typhoon was a mixed up (lie) story which against 2x F-15E and 2x Typhoons, the Typhoons won (simulated combat). But about the F-15 never being shot down you're completely correct.

  • @SpywareHater I see your point. Simulations are a good way to test two aircraft without actually having to shoot down other aircraft like they had to during WWII. Besides, the F-22 and the Typhoon are used for completely different roles, further nulling the argument (the F-22 is a stealth penetration aircraft, but the Typhoon is a multi-role naval/air superiority fighter). A comparison between the F-15 and the Typhoon is more valid anyway. The Su-47 is a great aircraft, but, again, its not the..

  • @1ofDawnmist -"the F-22 and the Typhoon are used for completely different roles"

    With respect... completely different roles???

Tiffy is "Air Superiority" and F-22 is "Air DOMINANCE." How is that "completely different?"

Yes, the Tiffy is also classified as "multirole", but the F-22 can also carry AtG ordnance. So again, where's this huge difference in roles?

And if you think the Tiffy would have the edge in a close-range dogfight, you are very much mistaken.

  • @em745aa The F-22 Raptor was designed for beyond-visual-range combat because the engineers at Lockheed knew (remember, they made the F-117) the stealth technology would hinder the structural integrity, making it less than ideal for dogfights. The Eurofighter Typhoon is not a stealth fighter by any means, it is a multirole air superiorty fighter jet meant to hold its own in close range combat. Seeing that its stationed off of aircraft carriers, I wouldn't be suprised that it had to be very...

  • @1ofDawnmist -"The F-22 Raptor was designed for beyond-visual-range combat"

It was specifically designed for BOTH BVR and WVR.

Or did LockMart engineers design a gun, large control surfaces, TVC and inherent instability into the F-22 just for the hell of it?

    -"(remember, they made the F-117)"

Which was by no means an air-superiority fighter. The lack of radar, gun, AtA missiles and supersonic ability kinda gives that away. :)

  • -"the stealth technology would hinder the structural integrity"

    watch?v=pB2xjexTqqQ

That turn at 3:50 peaked at 12.8 G's.

So... What do your "common sense" and "engineering know-how" tell you NOW? :)

Go ask the F-16 drivers at F-16(dot)net what it's like to dogfight an F-22.

-"Seeing that its stationed off of aircraft carriers"

The Typhoon is not carrier capable. You must have it confused with the French Rafale.

  • @em745aa Damn nice vid you posted. It demonstrates all the important features of dogfighting- excellent roll rate, sustained and instantaneous turns; and not some BS of a demo plane doing uncontrolled flips in the air that are useless in combat.

  • @asusucks -"Damn nice vid you posted"

Thanks. You'll note that I made a point to use clips with cloudy backgrounds, as it is damn near impossible to appreciate a plane's performance/velocity/turn rates/etc. on video against a clear blue sky.

-"It demonstrates all the important features of dogfighting..."

Not to mention that F-22 demos always start out with a full tank of gas (as per AFI11-246V1.pdf), and weapons bays are usually left as-is whether they're loaded or not.

  • @em745aa Thanks for the pdf link. It's amazing that the aircraft if flying w/ 18K lbs. of fuel performing these kinds of maneuvers. I recently read a blog with an F-22 pilot that said he can perform every maneuver that you see at an airshow with a full weapons load. The bird is simply awesome.

  • @JazzJaRa LOL The so-called China Lake exercises, which base officials never said occurred. It was an article in one magazine that never gave any offical's names. Listen, I like the EF, but the F-22 would blow the shit out of it. and no, the EF's radar cannot detect it. If such technology were already in place, the EF souldn't be changing its radar to AESA, and you wouldn't see so many nations investing billions into stealth aircraft, including the UK..

  • All F-22 have been grounded(Failure in oxygen systems for pilot, 1 pilot died and many were affected due to hypoxia) so I am really disappointed I will not see them at my local airshow. They still have bugs to work out I guess but you would think they would have a secondary or over ride to that system.

  • @mantaboy1 Only if it's driven by aliens LOL

  • I would also mention the fact that the F-22 is the only fighter in operation that does not have to have its missiles exposed to lock on to a target, which means that it can lock onto multiple planes at once and those planes will never know they are locked on until the missiles are in the air. The F-35 will be the second plane with that technology.

  • Humans can most certainly stay alive in an aircraft which is flying MUCH, MUCH faster than Mach 3. The X-15 rocket-plane flew in excess of Mach-5. Christ, even the space shuttle exceeds mach -3 when it flies. It takes roughly 30 minutes for the space shuttle to traverse the United States, when it is in orbit.

Try looking up what speeds the X-15 rocket plane achived, then come back here and tell me that humans can't survive beyond mach 3. That's utter nonsense.

  • It's not crap other countries just wish they had them too. Although i reakon if canada or australia pushed them they might have a chance of getting them. I doubt that's ever going to happen though.

  • @nikoface Canada already has deal for F-35's.

  • The F-22 raptors top speed is incorrect. You can research all you want but, it is unavailable to the general public. The sustainability of speed increase is dependent on the frame of the aircraft which is the first to correctly use a ramjet system. Loo up how good the russian and chinese scramjet tests went....LOL. America is safe. Although the problems are a bit tedious and some are rather large problems. I garuntee it will be unstopable for years to come.Until the NAFT program starts up again.

  • I saw a History Channel show on the Commanche chopper. An Army Col. said the chopper should take us into 2025 "WHEN OUR NEW ANTI GRAVITY SHIPS COME ONLINE"

The project was canceled 1 year later and the show has never re-aired???

Has anyone else seen this show or know anything about it?

Maybe the anti grav engines came online sooner than the Army thought??

I've seen craft that can go 0 to 10,000mph without making a sonic boom...

  • im sorry, but europeans who think the eurofighter is better than the f-22 are waaaaaaaay out of their place. f-22 doesnt cost an arm and a leg for no reason. the raptor is designed specifically for air dominance within the next 30-40 years (which includes dominance in europe.) But we are allies for a large part, why argue?

  • @moosey288 America is also the only country that aids other countries in crisis. Haiti and Japan are only the most recent examples. And picture this: North Korea decides they want to own the u.k. Who is going to help the u.k. out? China? Russia? Iran? No it will be the u.s.a and do you know why? we have moral standards and the power to enforce them. We could sit there and let the world fall to shit while we protect only ourselves, but we don't So tell me, what makes your country so great?

  • @moosey288 I'll put it like this so maybe you will understand. America IS best known of all countries for its aid and support of other countries. America is ALWAYS the country that steps up and takes action. Death penalty and torture are not bad, you just need to wipe the tears away and see reality for what it is. North Korea can reach U.K. the same as they can reach any part of the world. Infact it is predicted that they can reach hawaii with one nuclear rocket. Let that one burn pal

  • music pls?

  • the only part i found wrong was the nellis afb crash bit, that was actually the 1992 prototype crash

  • @vietboi904 the F-35 is amazing aircraft but nothing can beat the F-22 Raptor

  • @Ryguy199612 the F 22 is a AIR TO AIR FOR PETE'S SAKE! the F 35 IS A MULTIROLE (and more of a air-ground/ sea multirole)

  • pakfa anda j-20 still not out ?? if theyre so slow by the time they went out they will not be facing raptor but the 6th generation navy aircraft.

  • Please, correct me if I'm wrong. But was the F-22 Raptor not replaced by the new F-35? I always thought they discontinued the F-22 was really expensive for one plane, so the government got all the airplane companies together to try to create a joint aircraft, thus the F-35. What I thought replaced the F-22 was that the F-35 could be used by Navy, Marines, and Air Force, on the top that its cheaper to make. My facts are from Nova.

  • @vietboi904 There two different planes with 2 different roles, The f-22 was made to keep Air Superiority at all times, The F-35 is mainly used to attack grown targets. So its kind of like this.. The f-22 knocks down the door and keeps all aircraft at bay while the F-35 takes out ground units. Those are the main differences. Atleast thats what i got from google. Who knows..

  • Starscream!

  • That was a GREAT video!! You should be proud!!

  • People always fail to relise that every new plane will have problems, the only reason people never heard about F-15 and F-16 failures is because theres was no internet when they first came into production and I guess the media wasnt putting their noses everywhere.

  • @galatasarayfan67 Yea, most people say the F-15 is the perfect fighter. What they don't realize is that it has the perfect combat record. There are so many things wrong about the body-works that one of them literally disintegrated in the air.

  • @a7jamali

Over the course of 40 years one of them happened to break apart and I read it was not the overall design of the F-15, something was not properly installed on the framework.

I don't think it's the 'perfect fighter' I just think it's pretty damn good. It has a 103 to 0 combat ratio because usually the enemies were weaker than the US or Israel using their F-15s.

  • @galatasarayfan67 You are correct. Also I didn't mean to diss the F-15, it's one of my favourites; I was just throwing it out there that: it still had some faults; nothing's perfect, including the F-15.

  • @galatasarayfan67 the p51 in ww2 required 21hrs of maintenance time and at this moment the raptor requires 10.5, and every great us plane has been grounded at one point during their career

  • @JCrownwell those reports by the washington times and the bull dyke rachel madow are false, do some reading, you'll find out that each raptor costs 142 million a plane, almost the same as the f35, they only require 10.5 hrs today, and when that report came out they required about 18hrs, but it is still a young plane with a young airframe, guess what the mig15 had problems at first, the p51 mustang at first was a useless plane, what's the rush we dont need them, now

  • "The Eurofighter highest speed is Mach 1.2"

    IDIOT!

  • No the g suits were only made to help a person sustain nine gs a but there are records of pilots doing over nine gs

  • I would like to see both fighters in a "to the death" dogfight. Then we can make up our minds.

  • If we wanted to READ READ READ, we wouldn't have bought a computer, we'd have bought a BOOK !!!!!!

  • No other aircraft can honestly compete against the Raptor.. One raptor wiped the floor clean in a dogfight against multiple F-15's (One of the most successful fighter aircraft ever established, having over a hundred wins to zero losses in dogfights). No Chinese or Russian fighter can take one of these out.

  • @Arcturus117 CORRECTION: THE most successful fighter aircraft ever established ;)

I sleep well at night knowing the F-22 and the men who fly her are ready to deter any airbourne threat againsed the U.S.

  • @TTDMFfreaknew Haha amen man! :D

  • just think in the future the f-22 will be used as a target drone for a real drone.

  • @sanchez613R You mean the SUck-35 and the non existent 37? lol

  • Top speed of only mach 2.42? Huh, I wonder why Raptor pilots have a Mach 3 patch on their uniform.

Oops, did I let that slip?

  • @karinosai If your not part of the Top Brass in the U.S Military , you will never know what the top speed of the F-22 Raptor is ! Going to be a LONG wait !! If and when , the #1 aircraft on this planet is retired to the boneyard , then we might find out it's top speed !! But even then , i still say ( NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ) !! I bet it flies FAR faster then Mach 3 !!

  • @Bud42Gent It flys Mach 3 only because HUMANS cant stay alive or stay alert any faster. We do know that they had to put restrictions on the f22 because Humans cant do much more. They say that the f22 will be the last fighter jet flown by humans. The next Generation will be unmanned fighter jets because computers are becoming so advanced they can do a better job and go much faster so fast it would kill a human because their blood would leave their brain.

  • @cwood4ever -"It flys Mach 3"

F-22's top speed is NOT Mach 3.

-"HUMANS cant stay alive any faster"

Speed is not detrimental to humans, ACCELERATION is.

-"they had to put restrictions on the f22"

G-limits are also imposed to prolong airframe life. Training and modern G suits allow pilots to sustain 10 G's or more.

-"f22 will be the last fighter jet flown by humans"

The only ones saying this are online dweebs who are totally clueless about AI's limitations.

  • @em745aa

You're right and wrong. G force is the killer, which can be created by acceleration, although no aircraft can accelerate fast enough to damage a body. An aircraft creating a high g load is most assuredly DE-celerating. G limiters are in fact put in place for safety and airframe longevity reasons, even though the pilots and airframe could withstand more for a brief period.

  • @em745aa

On unmanned vehicles, you're way off. They are controlled by humans remotely, not by AI. The reason they are the future is they don't come home in body bags, making them far more politically expendable. Their limitation, as any combat sim (Falcon) flyer will tell you, is situational awareness. Looking through a TV screen is far inferior to seeing with your own eyes. Hence the many claims of innocent people being killed by our drones. And they have the best imaging gear available

  • @danimal1306 -"They are controlled by humans remotely"

So, you're saying you don't give a crap about STEALTH? How do you think remote control works? Telekinesis?

-"The reason they are the future is they don't come home in body bags, making them far more politically expendable"

Current drones currently cost upwards $30M... and THOSE are slow as fuck (subsonic) and can't maneuver worth a damn.

How much do you think an air superiority, supersonic, high-G capable drone will go for?

  • @em745aa SR-71 flew faster than Mach 3 I guess those pilots died doing it Lol.

  • @ap0lmc hahahahahaha! good point

  • @em745aa Its top speed is IMO mach 2.4 - thats still very fast - thats a mile in under 3 secs!
