Thank you for showing how much noise is up there. I only hope that all of the natural wildlife returns once this gathering is over since all the noise there surely has scared away the natural inhabitants of that area, the Elk, Deer, Bears, Coyotes, Moose, etc.
The disturbing part Tom is that you could hear this for at least 1 mile, and that is with human ears! Also, I have some pix of extensive trails and fire pits that are >25ft across. Good luck rehabing them!
Hey if you could send them to me i would like to get the press involved to show them before and after pics. if there are trails that are 25 feet across that is unwanted and new and totally damaging to the ecosystem and environment there. All of the hunters i know take out what they bring in and they stick to the established trails. contact me via the message system on here please.
We spend over a month rehabilitating the site. Please if you have any concerns at all just visit the site in august 2009. Please take lots of pictures and post them online/send them to your local newspapers. We understand many locals are concerned about us damaging the land and I would love it if somebody would show them how well we did to rehabilitate the site! Other years all the letters we have got were positive!
