Normally at take off, you only need to put most planes in 5 deg because at the speed you are going at, 5 deg will give you plenty of lift without requiring much pulling of the yoke and trimming.
But on landing, most planes require 40 deg or full flaps in order to provide enough lift to stop the aircraft from stalling on approach.
Love to have one of those, how much did it cost to make? my guess is about 10k
Dear All,
I have some question about psychology, sociology and aviation:
(1) Why do we relate aeroplanes and aerospace technology with charity and humanity?
(2) How can aeroplanes and aerospace techonolgy promote charitry and humanity? (eg. ORBIS International use a DC-10 as hospital)
(3) What should be the design of the next generation of new aeroplane for rescue, medical and disaster relief operation?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

Flaps were set at 5 deg for takeoof, I think it just doesn't show properly on the video due to low quality.
