harley needs to get with it. the sportster just isn't enough bike for the money to compete with bikes like the vulcan 900, suzuki c50, or the yamaha 950. i wanted a harley but not for over double the price
great video, my wife likes my blue/silver nomad and wants her next bike which she also wants the 900LT in blue/silver. She currently has a honda 750 aero in blue/silver
OH yes I love the Hraley bikes.. but they are just a little pricey for the ones that I really like, I went to a harley dealer first, but for the price of a harley compared to a kawasaki, I got more bike for less money
@johnmon not everyone can afford a Harley, and some people who could afford it don't want a Harley, This is a very nice bike for the price, and a reliable proven engine.
you are so right about the options to price ratio. this bike has it all for us hard working guys who cant spend 20g on a bike. I remember riding mine home on the 101 in norCAL for the first time trying to figure out if I should split lanes or sit still. guess which I did...I split lanes here every day and my only gripe is the mirrors. the stocks stick out an extra inch or so. just enough to nick another car's mirror. other than that handles great at 65+ in between traffic.
i know exactly what that experience is like, bought a brand new 2009 model XV 1900A Midnight Star from Yamaha :-) chuffed to bits. Well done on the video
I really like the bike alot.. for the price is was great, it comes with alot of options. I went and looked at Hondas and Harleys and they couldnt come close to the price of the Kawaski 900 classic Lt. I cant ride two because in Indiana you cant ride two until you take a weekend driving skills class. I am getting a little over 50 miles per gallon and that is the biggest reason I got the kawaski and of course price and all of the options that it came with.
truly blessed to have a motorcycle supporting wife. my wife threatens to divorce me if I buy a bike. so upset because I've always wanted one.

Really nice bike mate, wish I could get the two tone paint versions over here in the UK.
Your face when you got off the bike after your first ride was priceless, and the happy dance made me laugh.
For anyone who has never riden a bike that is what it's all about. Nothing comes close to the feeling a bike gives you.
Would be nice if you did a small review on it now that you have had it a while.
