    whichever leg u lead with if u write with ur right hand ur good leg may b ur right leg but it could also b ur left leg its whichever leg feels comfortable to u

  • @MsJKM20001 the leg that you put in front first when you do a cartwheel, is usually the good leg but some people use their bad leg to kick over (like me:) but i know a lot who use their good leg.

  • @MsJKM20001 it doesnt matter what leg you use my team uses both but if u r more conformable with using ur bad leg its usually if you are right handed your right leg is your strong leg and if your left handed then your strong leg would be your left. another way would to have somebody push you from behind and what ever leg u put out first to stop yourself from falling would be your good leg. hope i helped :) and good luck

  • i've tried this. back walkover is not so easy. i'd rather do frontlimber or front walkover, because my back is hurt -_- and i still can't do a perfect back walkover. could you help me please tell me your secret when you do that? :")

  • @CaitlinSmithForever Which foot do you kick a ball with? This leg is probably your dominant, and probably stronger leg, although sometimes peoples' dominate legs can be weaker than non dominant. Generally if you are right handed, you kick your right leg up first but it comes down to personal preference =)

  • Sorry, your instructions confused me.You kept changing your mind? If you are a left leg splitter, (your left leg forward when doing a side split), you should commence standing on your right leg, with your left leg extended, that way, you will also go through a perfect split whilst completing the walkover.

    This is how I was taught.

  • No no, dont be silly you wont break your neck doing a back bend. first find a marker, put it on the floor then when u do ur back bend, reach for it. it helps trust me.

  • I always start with my strongest leg in front (all gymnasts that i know) i really couldn't do it with my other leg, like you say. But i guess it just depends on how you learned.

  • u dont have to do it starting standing up u could go into the bridge and then kick ur weaker leg up and after kick ur stronger leg and then keep ur arms locked and you got it

    Yes, bridge kick over is the way to go.

  • @bubbles533 i learned it from her. when your in your bride. you have to make sure your shoulders are over your hands. you cant lean in a bridge if your trying to kick over . i had that same proble. but with the help of this vid and another video i learned From the best [: = twirlgirl0604 and another girl. i forget the username. i hope they. and 'i' helped!!

  • @bubbles533 then try on a bed or a sofa and do a front walkover without standing up and then you just put your hands on the floor/carpet and then do you walkover and then you land with your legs on the sofa/bed just try of kick over from there.and then if you got the at down try it again faster.and then if you got that down have a friend/parent/adult that you trust and they can hold your body weight and then try to do your front walkover but dont stand up and then try to kick over. lol.

  • i feel ur pain but what u do is first get hypse and put on your favorite song. then after just do random gymnastics,after when your all hyped up try to attemt the back walk over and you just might get it or if my idea dont work just stretch and practice the back walk over every day because this tip worked out for good uck
