And if, You have some skill? get a set of (honda elite 50ccm 1999 model engine) reed valves, and install them in a new housing made of Quick steel epoxy to fit your intake, the reed valves almost triple the engines torque.

You vave the right idea, the Fire extingisher needs turned the other way, and cut at a diagenal, then pinched closed along the cut side, welded, the bottom cut off and the exaust pipe with you new tube you've buit, fitted to the now pointy bottomed case of the fire extingiusher houseing. the way yours is fitted the volume of expantion is to big and will ruin your engine.

Hey, I have a question, I see that in a more recent video you have the full suspension setup which is very nice. My question is how rough is it in terms of physically feeling, ie the vibrations and corrugations etc as I am in the process of building one, however free time is only a few hours on the w/e so its gonna take me awhile.

SBP shift kit and expansion exhaust?

I haven't had my bike running all summer so far.. kinda sad.

The drive chain went into the spokes last time I rode it.. broke 1 and messed up the rim..bought a new rim, and the drive chain no longer lines up.. yay.

how is the speed with shift kit?

anyways, still like the old exhaust.. finally a use for those old bernzomatic gas cylinders!

@bananaphonehome i had similar problem last time i went out , derailuer got ripped off by rear wheel , top speed is 74 km , on flat , and so much power in 1st gear , i am able to flip just on accelleration 1st or 2nd gear , recomended fun , i havent found a steep enough firetrail to stop me yet , with no peddling what so ever , cheers mate.

some dont want a " real" bike as you put it, one of these will go anywhere a "real" bike will go, BUT a "real" bike wont go everywhere ( legally) that oen of these can go. i built one for transportation needs. had the other oen for fun

you should try the tuned pipe from SBP !!! expensive but worth every cent !!! i have the cns carb, home made boost bottle and no lower barrel gasket and i thought those alone were fairly good upgrades, then i put the pipe on and without even tuning the length yet its added almost 50 % MORE POWER ON TOP OF ALL THAT and the engine sounds soo happy, it 2 strokes 99% of the time now ! just order it ! you will wounder why you didnt do it sooner ;)

standard exaust header welded to empty propane gas bottle, with hole in other end drilled out with hole saw, then screwed in brass fitting then extended to rear another brass fitting then a stainless drink thermos , checking back pressure, though my latest is a 30 dollar tuned pipe from crazy pocket bikes,recommended, good luck.
