I have a large collection pf LP , audio tapes and CD and I know among the LP there is a couple of Doris Day albums. I have always had a hunch that a lot of songs on them would not be carried from one generation to another.I've collected a lot of old "stuff "that never goes out of style.Ames Bros.Ink Spots ,Mills Bros brothers.Even the Harmonicats and Spike Jones.My grandson loves the old stuff.He talks of putting them on MP3??whatever that is!

Thats the reason I joined .. to get some of Doris' great music out there for people to discover and enjoy.

She does still receive fan mail. From what her son said - a few years back - she still receives as much mail as she did when she was still making movies. And she does answer some letters.... I know people that have received an answer from her. And you are so right this is a perfect song for a perfect lady !
