  • Couldn't hear a word.

  • GO ON NORMAN YOU ARE THE BEST :)

  • GREAT NORMAN! YOU ARE THE BEST MY FRIEND:)

  • @Cleverman50 I tnink he is a male whore.

  • @seksigrobar and you are must be a pimp...you dont like the true dont listen to him...he is a great man,,,

  • finky is a pathetic clown

  • Finkelstein is the mist influential speakers of our time. I love him!

  • I wonder if he is getting a illness, he looks weak. I hope he's ok.

  • Norman "Nads" Finkelstein is relentless and right.

  • Finkelstein is a Nazi selfhaitnig cocksucker.

  • @seksiboyzem hahah a man's parents who are holocaust survivors is a self hating Nazi?? listen to yourself you dumbass.. you cannot hide facts... and facts are that Israel is committing GENOCIDE in Palestine period.

  • The Palestine Papers got only 1 or 2 days press. That's it. Like it never happened.

  • By questioning certain information about the holocause does not make you a holocause deniar, I know that the holocaust happen but i think certain things about it have been grossly manipulated by the zionist's to serve their agenda.. remember that hitler was funded by a Zionist.. Rothschild... so any jew that cry's anti-semite.. should look at people like Rothschild who was a jew that funded hitler during WW2

  • @Hkhan23 It's not "information" though. It's fraud. Like that all European Jews, that failed to escape Europe in the 1930s or 40s, were victims of the Nazis & the Final Solution. Fact is that's false; there were Jewish collaborators, as as in all countries under German occupation. Or that the US didn't participate in the Holocaust & THAT'S IT. False again; all the fabricated claims against the Swiss banks were committed by the US government and banks. There's two examples of mythology

  • @Redcarpet01 What you think is a fact in infact a lie. You will never find the comments of the founder of Zionism in the history books, he states "It is essential that the sufferings of Jews, become worse, this will assist in realization of our plans I have an excellent idea.I shall induce anti-Semites to liquidate Jewish wealth….The anti-Semites will assist us thereby in that they will strengthen the persecution and oppression of Jews. The anti-Semites shall be our best friends."

  • @Hkhan23 what you're talking about has nothing to do with what I posted

  • @Redcarpet01 Sure it does, you are trying to say that Claims against Jewish collaberators during the holocaust is a myth. When infact it is not. Another thing is that Finkelstein I think never mentions Zionism and it's political stranglehold on the U.S and other European nations.

  • @AlembicPools fucking nazi.

  • Every Year Israel breaks its Declarations

    UN RES. 242 1967

    1st paragraph of the document.

    The Security Council,

Expressing its continuing concern with the grave situation in the Middle East,

emphasizing the INADMISSIBILITY of the acquisition of territory by war...

WITHDRAWAL of Israel armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict...

For guaranteeing freedom of navigation through INTERNATIONAL WATERWAYS in the area...

For achieving a just settlement of the refugee problem...

  • We shouldn't delude ourselves, the growing alienation between us and the United States is not good for Israel..

The world isn't willing to accept, and we won't change that in 2010, the expectation that Israel will rule another people for decades more...

There is no other way, whether you like it or not, than to let them rule themselves...

Ehud Barak, Israeli Defense Minister BBC 19 04 2010

    More on my Channel peace

  • @LSRochon

This once again is either doctored or taken out of context.

It is automatically out of context, because you have not used the quote in aid of anything. Like Finkelstein, you have not attacked my arguments.

You resort to random attacks or emotional outbursts.

  • @Silverwire100 You can look it up yourself....unless you think BBC is anti-semetic too.

  • @LSRochon

Again, what does the last part of your statement mean? What is it in aid of?

You are making emotional-based attacks. Not intellectual arguments.

  • @Silverwire100 My point is that Humanitarian Rights aren't debatable....it's incontestible.

Unless you think this statement is true.

Humanitarianism is the expression of stupidity and cowardice. -Adolf Hitler

  • @LSRochon

They are certainly debatable on a case by case basis. On a situational basis. Context means everything. Priorities need to be set.

The rights of Palestinians get lowered on the pantheon when they elect a terrorist government that DOES NOT preserve human rights at all.

Israel always tries to preserve human life. Humas goes out of its way to target and kill Israeli civilians.

  • @Silverwire100 The International Committee of the Red Cross has declared for the first time Israel’s blockade of Gaza to be illegal under the Geneva Conventions. In a statement, the Red Cross said, "The whole of Gaza’s civilian population is being punished for acts for which they bear no responsibility. The closure therefore constitutes a collective punishment imposed in clear violation of Israel’s obligations under international humanitarian law.

    - DemNow org June 14 2010

  • @LSRochon

This quote, again, is out of context. Terrorist threat supercedes keeping the ports open.

And, as a side note, the ship should not have taken that route. They were looking to cause trouble... to cause a conflict... to raise publicity... to smear Israel using emotional-based arguments.

  • Comment removed

  • @Silverwire100 jews dominate the airwaves and control the media outlets. Palestinians and muslims in general receive very little publicity and majority of that is extremely negative. The Palestinian people have no alternative means and those that support the just cause of Palestine have no alternative means to raise awareness in regards to the illegal occupation of the palestinian state by "israel". It is illegal to ambush a boat in international waters anad to kill innocent civilians.Shameful

  • @Braindrain3

The Palestinians have contributed nothing to the world. They have elected a terrorist government to try and eliminate Israel and its Jewish population that have contributed wonders to the world.

  • @Silverwire100 with your flawed logic has Papua New Guinea, Sudan, Cambodia, Lithuania, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Romania, etc. contributed anything to the world? What does that even mean? By your logic none of these countries deserve the right of statehood. Just another flawed argument from zionists. What is your definition of terrorism? I bet every one of the critiera that you could list israel is a greater proponent than Palestine with the facts to justify. Which country is eliminating other

  • If Israel as the Occupying Power is not held accountable for the intolerable situation within its ability, indeed, within its responsibility to end, the entire international system of justice is rendered meaningless and empty. And that is what makes the Occupation an international issue.

    - Israeli Committee Against House Demolitions, 2005

  • Norman Finkelstein resorts to emotional attacks of substance-based opponents. His claim that Alan Dershowitz committed "plaigerism" in THE CASE FOR ISRAEL, for example, is completely fabricated. Finkelstein's disagreement with Dershowitz' sources somehow is supposed to make Dershowitz guilty of plaigerism. Give me a break!

It's a remark fabricated to create hysteria for Finkelstein's cause. Finkelstein screams "Plaigerism!" and Dershowitz repsonds calmly and with substance why he's innocent.

  • @Silverwire100 Dershowitz is an asinine little twit who said one of the dumbest things ever. He told Robert Fisk that because Fisk questioned the motive of 911 and asked "why" he is guilty of being anti semitic and that is the same as being anti american. Slimy, wretched little gimp that bastard is always foaming at the mouth like a typical Zionist apologist.

  • @blowersho

Dershowitz is a great human being. He's done amazing things for civil rights both in the U.S. and abroad. Palestinian supporters resort to name-calling him because they don't have substance. When has Dershowitz teased Palestinians?

He doesn't need to. He has substance.

Finkelstein resorts to emotional outbursts and changes the topic when people - including Dershowitz - debate him.

Finkelstein just takes the Palestinian side because he wants attention.

  • @Silverwire100

Finkelstein throws temper tantrums to get even more attention.

I find that most Palestinian supporters - including university students - resort to emotional outbursts and name-calling rather than substance.

  • @Silverwire100 Here is another quote from that filthy pig Dershowitz, "when the IDF kills a Palestinian child, the entire nation of Israel goes into universal mourning". This is what you mean by substance right? Any people, any where , any time who are a occupied and oppressed have the right to use any means available to them. I see you never address the issue and go on to something else, typical of Zionist apologist. I hope someday someone occupies your home and throws you.

  • @blowersho what you said makes zero sense.

  • @Braindrain3 Sorry I was unable to impress you, somehow I will carry on and so will the world.

  • Hizbullah committed and continues to commit terrorist acts, such as suicide bombings. This is indisputable.

Israel, having been bombed by Hizbullah with rockets, took defensive measures like any sovereign nation would do against an attacker.

  • @Silverwire100 In the meantime, Israel Annexed (pillaged) southern Lebannon in 67 but had to give it back due to Internationa Laws on PIllage and Annexation....If I were a Neighbour of Israel, I'd watch my territories.

Israel also Annexed part of Egypt and Syria(Golan Heights )...."pre-emptive" war as they call it.

  • @LSRochon

When a country attacks Israel and then loses its own land when Israel defeats it, that country DESERVES to lose its land. Any Arab countries that contend otherwise are hypocritical. In other words, unless the Arab countries who attack Israel come out on top, they aren't satified. It doesn't seem to matter to them that Israel has a right to exist and defend itself from their attacks.

  • ..the Court considers that Israel cannot rely on a right of self-defence or on a state of necessity in order to preclude the wrongfulness of the construction of the wall. The Court accordingly finds that the construction of the wall and its associated régime are contrary to international law.

-International Court of Justice in the Hague

    Press Release 2004/28

  • @LSRochon

Israel's first priority is self-preservation. It is defending itself from a clear terrorist threat. The Palestinian government is a terrorist regime that deliberately targets women and children civilians.

Israel might go too far sometimes, but its overall mandate to defend itself is priortity number one. Israel is not perfect, but it is far better in terms of morality than the Palestinian terrorist regime (AKA Hamas).

  • @Silverwire100 Human Rights are inalienable afforded to ALL, not a few.Equality!

Israel/Palestine is the most heavily monitored region in the entire planet. All Statics which are pretty accurate show from all Human Rights orgs that Israel has killed more innocent people than Hamas. This also includes the UN and the ICJ.

Regardless of motive, killing the innocent is by every description Terrorism.

Israel goes on crime further, Illegal Settlements.

Denounce all Terror..not just half of it.

  • @LSRochon

The settlements should be removed, provided Hamas stops its terrorist attacks against Israel and the Palestinians don't elect another terrorist regime to replace Hamas.

But Israel should not give up a drop of its own land.

  • @Silverwire100 Palestinians also have the right to defend themselves....but you cannot make a right from a wrong...it's a basic principle of Law.....You cannot defend what is not yours....that is Israel's BIGGEST HURDLE.

  • @LSRochon

    Israel belongs to the Jews.

From a historical perspective, Jews were on the land before Christ. I believe in a statute of limitations, so I won't use this argument.

But then the Jews formed a sovereign state on the land, which the Palestinians had failed to previously do. Additional lands that Palestinians used to live on was take by countries like other Arab countries like Jordan.

  • @Silverwire100 ...can you acknowledge that you cannot make a right from a wrong before going to the next topic?

  • @LSRochon

Your statement is out of context. Israel has to defend itself. If Israel did not retaliate when Palestinian terrorists bomb Israeli civilians, the Israeli people could not survive.

Israel is not wrong to defend itself from terrorist attacks. The Palestinians are WRONG for carrying out terrorist attacks. They want the Jews to leave Israel. The Jews have the right to stay in Israel and will never leave.

What if Canadian terrorists bombed the U.S. and told Americans to leave?

  • @Silverwire100

The only solution is the creation of a Palestinian state alongside Israel, the Jewish state.

The fundementalist Palestinians want everything. They can't kick the Jews out and take all of Israel. Their argument is absurd.

  • @Silverwire100 "What the Israeli negotiators have to learn is that no one is ever altogether right. Absolute situations do not exist, because the absolute is impossible to reach. When the Israelis negotiate they are so sure of their own rights that they overlook those of the Arabs, thereby weakening their own positions in the eyes of the world." The Jewish Paradox by Leading leading Zionist leader Nahum Goldmann [p. 63]

  • @LSRochon

Every thought manifested by the human mind is an abstraction. Therefore, there are no absolute ideologies. However, there are some ideologies that are less contradictory than others. Given Israel's position on the world stage (being surrounded by groups that hate it and publically call for its destruction and the destruction of the Jewish people), Israel has a less contradictory stance on its defense policy.

As long as terrorists attack Israeli civilians, the government will react.

  • @Silverwire100 What ideology did you get this quote "Israel belongs to the Jews."?????

  • @Silverwire100 Of course it can.......But Israel can't defend what it doesn't own.

    - The 2004 ruling of the International Court of Justice in The Hague declared that “Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, are illegal and an obstacle to peace and to economic and social development”.

  • I'm willing to debate/discuss as long as you want....but bringing up another topic before another is finished could be why where we're not going anywhere on this....agreed.

  • @LSRochon

You're the one bringing up unrelated topics. I started this debate attacking Norman Finkelstein. All of a sudden, the debate shifts to Palestinians being in the right to terrorize Israeli civilians (according to you).

And then you bring up Albert Einstein and falsely label him as against Israel.

  • @Silverwire100 ...can you quote that?

  • That the Palestinian population elected a known terrorist group to represent them indicates a strong anti-Semitic stance in Gaza toward the Jewish population of Israel and support of violence against Jews of all regions. The Israeli government’s decision to defend itself and its Jewish population against this Palestinian threat is entirely justified.

  • @Silverwire100 The United States considers Hizbullah a terrorist organization, but the term terrorism is used by the great powers simply to refer to forms of violence of which they disapprove. So the U.S. was of course supporting the Israeli invasions and occupation of southern Lebanon. Hizbullah was instrumental in driving them out, so for that reason they are a terrorist organization.

-Dr. Noam Chomsky LBC TV on May 23, 2006.

  • @Silverwire100 In it's infancy Hamas was supported by Israel in order to counter the secular PLO. Now they have to deal with the monster they helped create, boo hoo cry me a river. The Zionists have the same disease the mindless Americans do, they support the worst elements and then cry like little bitches when the monster comes for them. Suck it up and take it like a man.

  • Comment removed

  • @blowersho

So basically you are advocating that people take the side of Hamas (the monster) over Israel which you claim happened to be affiliated with Hamas in the past?

None of this makes any sense.

  • @Silverwire100 People can take whatever side they choose. It is not my claim they were supported by Israel, it is a fact, look it up. Israel legitimized Hamas and marginalized the secular PLO, so now thirty years later don't cry about terrorist this and that, shut up and deal with the problem Israel helped to create. I hope that makes enough sense for you to understand.

  • Comment removed

  • @blowersho

If the Palestinians took over Israel today (God forbid), the country would become a fundamentalist state governed by the terrorist regime Hamas.

What would the country be like? No civil rights at all, no secular culture, Jews would be targeted, and gays could not openly live their lives.

I think that Israel is in the right. But even if I'm wrong, why would the world want a Palestinian-ruled country in Israel's place governed by Hamas (or some other fundamentalist regime)?

  • @Silverwire100 Nelson Mandela was too considered a terrorist until 2008. Remember the biggest form of terrorism is Neo-Colonialism.....aka Illegal Israeli Settlements....aka Pillage...or Annexation of Sovereign Territory.

  • @Silverwire100 So basically all Palestinians are terrorists right? One persons terrorist is anothers freedom fighter. The Zionists that built Israel in the early years were themselves terrorists and killed civilians but you probably have no grasp of history past last week, that is why you spew the same propaganda the Zionists do but don't worry the world is on to them and the likes of you.

  • Comment removed

  • @Silverwire100 The Zionists used terrorism to establish their state just as Hamas is doing now. You sympathize with the Zionists and demonize Hamas, why is that? Irgun and Stern Gang were terrorist organizations whose members became leaders of the state of Israel and to this day Israel practices what is called state terrorism. You live in a mental prison created by Zionists and Imperialists, do yourself a favour and free your mind, You sound like a mindless bigot who has no grasp of history.

  • @Silverwire100 Einstien was right....nationalism is a Disease. Zionism today is no longer the Zionism of yesterday.

What are your thoughts when Einstein declined the Israei PM position???

  • @LSRochon

He felt he would not make a good politician. He LOVED Israel and stated that he was ashamed he was not better suited as a politician.

  • @Silverwire100 ...do you want the complete thoughts that he had...after the speech he made or not...?

    :)

  • @LSRochon

Einstein supported Israel. He may have had INDIVIDUAL reservations about SPECIFIC ISRAELI actions, but he supported Israel.

  • @Silverwire100 your ethnocentric view is a joke, try studying both sides as if they are true, then make your judgement. You won't be vouching for the oppression of a weak majority by a powerful minority, no human reasoning would allow this context to promulgate devoid of contextualization.

  • Thank you for the upload, but it is really hard to understand Professor Finkelstein at times and subtitles would be much appreciated. TX again.

  • I have seen a video where Mr Finkelstien is drinking Dasani water. YET he is drinking Aquafina in this one. His taste in water is all over the place, his opinion can not be trusted.. :P

  • I agree with Dr. Finkelstien. I just wish he would distinguish between western governments and the people, most of whom are ignorant to the real actions of their governments. I am an American and former U.S. Marine that strongly disagrees with the U.S. policy of blocking peace in the Middle East and condoning Illegal Israeli expansion and terrorism.
