@arushandapushand It's a torch-style camera from 7dayshop (no longer sold). The memory card is prone to corruption and it often loses data. I've tried other named SD Card brands and the problem is still there which suggests a problem with the firmware. Its battery life is unpredictable, anything from 30mins to 2 hours. It will randomly switch itself off. This seems to be directly related to vibration, which isn't great considering it's aimed at bike riders and 'action' users.
Reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon? Deliberate indimidation with a deadly weapon? Shame that because all of this was done with a motor vehicle, rather than with a gun or something similar, she'd likely receive a small fine, rather than a lifetime driving ban and prison time, as should be the case.
This happened to me Friday, I slowed, looked in disbelief, stopped to tell the driver off and the twit was so close he couldn't stop in time and broke his number plate on my back wheel, had the cheek to point at the gutter. Have to get another rear cam, last one got drowned!!
Get out of the way, she has important shopping to attend to! ;)
