The thing that I love about this song is that, all the way through up until 2:40 he's singing about how he cant love this '' significant other '' if you will, and that he shouldn't and cant feel for her....but when that bit comes in with him and Taylor swift, he's actually admitting to himself that he cant but help feel this way and that he cant help but have these feelings for her. The thing that I love about this song is that, all the way through up until 2:40 he's singing about how he cant love this '' significant other '' if you will, and that he shouldn't and cant feel for her....but when that bit comes in with him and Taylor swift, he's actually admitting to himself that he cant but help feel this way and that he cant help but have these feelings for her. I actually do think its quite a strong and clever song. That's what i feel its about anyways :)

@candyboofer She's actually harmonizing through the entire song, but she's singing as low as she can get except on her two lines that John doesn't sing, and then they pitched her down a little more. If you listen to any of her stuff on here that's pitched down to avoid copyright then listen to this song, it's easy to hear her voice. Blame the pitching, not John. (But based on interviews, he is...something else, no argument there.)
