Why don't you leave the tax payers' money in their pockets so they can actually do it. 70% of all taxes are eaten up by your own burocracy that restricts human creativity with multitude of regulations produced at a rate of at least one par day. Quite cool vid. Unfortunately these ideas should also be made real to make any difference. I just hope EU could really achieve these wonderfull things it proposes. First things first, fix the economic situation all-around EU, it`s bad, and without money there is no chance to make innovations true.
