It really is a pretty poor commerical. The guy is talking at 01:29, but his mouth isn't moving. The narrator is later talking about safe riding (at 01:57) just after the rider unsafely changes lanes directly in front of a vehicle (at 01:52) without even glancing back until after the lane change. We (consumers) tend to notice these things and judge (fairly or unfairly) a product based on the resulting general impression.
