Creating a server isn't easy, and i dont suggest you do, because you wont get many people anyways.
zomg u can change the gravty if u join in the server it only changes the gravity for u and u only not any 1 elce its so semple u hit f1 on one of tose servers and u can changer ur model set time of day change grav create cars guns ect...
i live on west coast an i know some of the servers that are free roam do not allow changeing gravity but there are at least 10 i know of there is no proof you are not on one of those servers if u want i can send you a vid of me geting on a server and changeing the gravity i dont know the consol comand but there is a menue if u press f1 u prob cut the vid and used it lol

umm..no you cant, 90% of the servers don't allow client-side gravity change. it would be unfair for DM
