That guy does look like a real good operator. I wouldn't know what to do with easy cutting, tall, pencil straight, and easy to process timber on easy ground like that though. I think you could make money on accident out there.
Hi. I used to operate a similar fellerbuncher in clearfall here in Australia about 25 years ago. The machine was a V8 Koering "30 ton" with the same style head as you have here. From memory the blade spun at 1100 rpm. Does the delimber come in and work along the rows where you are falling or are they snigged out to a landing and procesesd on the side of the road.
Koehring was located in Brantford, same city as Tigercat. Many of Koehring's best engineers came to Tigercat in the early 90s. To answer your question, the trees are skidded, shoveled or yarded to roadside and processed with single grip harvesters.
