Well im not sure cus i wasnt playing since 2008 but... The one way is to sue cheats (the same way u get penta penguin), but to get it legal ^^ hmm... i dont know, maybe beat him in time trial more?

And if you look closely when playing with oxide on cheat he has skidmarks...Like wtf? levitating "ring of doom" doesn't have wheels, nor skidmarks

Second: why does the smoke from the exhausts come out of umm.. the body of the "ring of doom" but not from his own exhausts..

At the main menu, hold L1+R1 And press Left, Triangle, Right, Left, Circle, Right, Down(2). If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
