  • Congratulations on your victory! Clara is proud of you.

What happened to your mom is CRIMINAL!

Cruel treatment to an innocent person stripped of her dignity and all her rights with court approval.

Thank you for your courage by releasing the truth about the guardianship racket.

You are a good son, your mom is proud of you.

  • Thanks for your kind words. I hope others learn from my mother's tragic experience. In her case, a probate court and shyster lawyer decided to interfere in a family dispute that was not about elder care. It was simply about the way a mother chose to distribute her estate. Please check my latest YouTube video at CLARA1916: A WARNING TO SENIORS

  • Congratulations. I have followed the story of Clara1916 on YouTube and was pleased to see the posting left by ramarshnc.

  • On January 7, 2009, Judge Robert A. Hagler disqualified himself "from hearing further contested issues in the administration of this estate." On Aprill 23, 2009, Judge John C. Newlin, assigned by the Supreme Court of Ohio, ruled that Clara's handwritten will was valid. Finally... a ruling by the Probate Court of Greene County, Ohio that would bring joy to Clara Marsh! Hallelujah!!! :-)

I will remain my mother's staunchest advocate. Semper Fi.

  • I'm not an attorney but this woman's wishes seem pretty clear to me. Are shyster lawyers still arguing over what she wanted to do with her estate??? Money is the root of all evil - as the videos posted by Clara1916 demonstrate.

  • Different names and faces but a familiar story. Our family nightmare was compliments of an alcoholic money grubbing "sister", Suffolk Probate & Famnily Court (corrupt) and a host of shyster lawyers who bled us dry. LOL There is no wrath like that of a disinherited sibling.

  • Love the music. It's a shame the way senior citizens are treated in this country. Clara reminds me of my late aunt. A sad, sad story beautifully told.
