  • just tipped over

  • hell of a shot!

  • Jjust been reading the comments history, There are some ignorant people here who like to pass judgement based without putting any thought into it or thinking they are better than us. The aim of hunting is to locate and take game cleanly and efficiently, A accurate rifle, tripod, range finder is just some of the tools that enables us to do just that.

Who ever thinks that by shooting free hand w/o a range finder to make it a challenge is one of those wannabes but cant be so jealous of others.

  • hi i have a 22/250 and was looking at the 204 ruger lamp fox with it in england , whats the knock down power of the 204 v 22/250, it cant be quite as good but by how much was thinking of changing to a 204 ?

  • all i can say is AMAZING!

  • @CHCDirect I saw the 204 500 yrd shot. I'm from Sask and know all about the wind. I'm still trying to decide between .204, .223, and .243 for a yote rig. Are there any lighter bullets for the .243 that are pelt friendly? The 204 shoots super flat, the 223 has more bullet selection and lots of cheap brass available, and the .243 can be dual purpose yote/deer gun. I might just go with a dedicated yote gun and get a 7m 08 for another deer gun later on.

  • @banjer4u ya the .204 is a laser! There are plenty of lighter bullets for the .243 nosler has a 55 grainer and Hornady has the 58 grain. The only one that didn't rip up the pelts for me in .243 was the 62 grain varmit grenades. They have a horible BC though (.199). Any of the usual varmit guns work I guess and it just comes down to personal preference. Good luck

  • This has always been one of my favorite "watch carefully and see how its done" videos. In my 9 months on U Tune I have yet to find or see a better " from range finding and sighting in, to calculating bullet drop and drift to putting the squeeze on a trigger that brakes like glass" resulting in a clean kill on a small target that's over a 1/4 mile away. And do it all in mere moments. This is a great learning video, I hope everyone paid attention. Thank You CHCDirect!

  • @1shot2kilu wow, thanks for the props!

  • @CHCDirect Great shot is that a TC precision hunter? I was thinking of getting one in the .204. From I've seen it's a great coyote gun. I was looking at a .243 but 'm concerned that it might tear them up to much. Would you say that the .204 is better as a dedicated coyote gun?

  • hey man i live up here in grande prairie any tips on calling. i also shoot the .204 thats a wicked shot man how do you like the .204 for that range? anyways good shot man! piss on anti-hunters lol i do lmfao chevanl.. suck it fag!! lol

  • @01hightechredneck Hey thanks, Love the .204, great round. Try the foxpro, there are a ton of pointers for calling, depends on the situation. Something you can get out and try and learn as you go. if you have a specific question I can tell you what may have worked for us but you'll learn a ton just by doing it.

  • @CHCDirect thanks man i use the blue foxpro mouth call but i just cant get them to run in or hardly even come in i howl, yelp and challenge call is this a good combo ?

  • @01hightechredneck Throw in a rabbit in distress call. I think the challenge etc.. works a little better later in the season. We do howl, yelp, and bark but we combo that up with a food source and you may get better results.

  • Great shot! Awesome video!

  • Chevanl...even a great marksmen wants to take his best shot when he's dealing with a living breathing thing. Punching paper is one thing, shooting live animals is another. These guys use the tri pod to insure almost surgical precision of bullet placement to eliminate any undue pain and suffering. The worst fear of any hunter I know is not missing their game, but wounding it causing suffering. I agree with a previous post. Research what your talking about before you pass judgement.

  • Good shot .I love hunting coyotes.

  • What kind of gun was that?

  • Wow, that's an awesome shot.

  • coyotes...kill em all. they suck.

  • Here I was (10 years ago) able to pic and choose a deer out of the herd.... now lucky if I see one or two.... coyotes everywhere... even inside the city....

come to Ottawa ! ,,,and bring your gun.

  • Dead is dead whether you use a tripod or not. Do you think the dead animal has an opinion on that? Then why do the self righteous distractors think they have the right to have one? A mountain lion kills one deer per week. Predators have come back in numbers, and maybe they will start feasting on tree huggers. Give your local tree hugger a gift of deer musk perfume and have them camp out in mountain lion territory. Tree huggers will have sympathy for poor mountain lion....human indigestion, etc.

  • @TaliskerLaphroaig awesome youtube handle - my two favorite scotches!

    Andrew

  • @TaliskerLaphroaig I'm a tree hugger myself. I think most thoughtful people are. I'm also a hunter, and I see no inconsistency there. The people you call tree huggers and self righteous detractors are simply uninformed souls who have no understanding of hunting - real hunting, that is. It's an unfortunate human failing to criticize and dismiss what you don't understand. But to criticize and dismiss in return is an equally unfortunate reaction - it polarizes, and advances nobody's understanding.

  • FANTASTIC SHOT!

  • As always I enjoy your vid's, keep em coming guys

  • I am pretty much anti-hunting although in some cases like over-population it might be needed. Any way what i don't get is hunters using tri-pods, i always thought the thrill of hunting is the challenge and it would seem to me that a tri-pod would take a away a lot of that challenge, it is just a matter of dialling in the right digits and your done. It makes it seems like it is more about killing than knowing you are a skilled marksmen.

  • @chevanl you're an idiot! I knew that when you started with the anti-hunting comment and you further solidified it by talking about taking away tools to ensure an ethical and clean kill. Look, don't waste my time putting comments on hunter's youtube channels when you don't like hunting and please don't comment on marksmanship when you have zero knowledge about it. You knew what this was about before you watched it! BTW conservation and wildlife management isn't an opinion.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • @CHCDirect First off, i am not wasting your time. Your are doing that by deciding to reply to my comment. Anyway, yes i am sure i am idiot if it comes to hunting. I was just wondering what the deal was with the tri-pods seeing as i have also seen hunting video where people use crossbows and talk about the fact they use them because it require more skill than shooting a animal from a mile away with a high powered rifle. But you make a good point about the clean kill.

  • @chevanl Thanks for the reply, Do some research on issues before you comment, it will help you to understand the ins and outs of various diciplines when it comes to ballistics. HP rifle does not = dead animal! Compound bow hunters would say crossbows aren't sportsman like because you don't pull and hold the string back physically. I personally like to bow hunt with a recurve (No cams, let off or sights) Point is they all require skill, practice and lots of experience to shoot them well.

    A

  • @CHCDirect exactly

  • @chevanl haha, i issue you the challenge of finding a friend who will let you borrow a similar rifle to the one used here, get a coyote cut out, get the "magic tripod that compensates for all variable that can effect a shot", place the cutout at 500 yards and hit it in the vitals....no just try to hit it period. you will see how mistaken you are. make a video of it. let us know how it turns out please!!

  • @chevanl Thats why your not a marksmen. Even with bipods its tough and challenging, without them it would be impossable to make shots like this.

  • @chevanl The thrill people get out of hunting is usually the tracking/pursuit of the prey. having confident shooting abilities plays into it alot but sometimes a tri/bipod is necessary to ensure a well placed shot for a clean kill, particularly at those distances for such a small target. Making a kill thats not very clean (i.e having the animal suffer) can make the whole experience rather unenjoyable.

  • @chevanl never shot a gun at long range have you.. try it before you say anything do you even know how far 502 yards is? and with a .204 wicked gun but small bullet or sorry small thinga mabober its a challange in its self think before you wright

  • @chevanl Leave the free hand shooting at the rifle range and competitions, Hunting involves another animal that would rather not suffer when being Harvested.

  • good job working together.

  • Great shot! I am hemming and hawing myself on .204 TC Encore. May have to go that gun shop again tomorrow and take another look. Keep up the good work.

  • Я из СВД на 450 метров в квадрат 5 на 5 см. попаду. Снайперы ёпрст...

  • what can guys do with coyotes? just wondering, not very intelligent on them. lol

  • @104trucker We sell the fur, so don't waste them.

  • @CHCDirect yeah, a friend of my grandfathers trapped one this spring, but i never found out what he did with it. He is a big hunter/trapper.

  • I must be sick cause that was a great shot!

  • I can understand hunting. The sheer thrill of killing a helpless animal for no reason other then it makes you feel like a big man. You gotta love these mindless unevolved sick human beings

  • @Pascosux1 You like coyotes? Interesting...

  • Hi Boys great shot!! Quick question what was the tripod and where can you get it from as that would suit for me here in NZ for the areas i shoot.

  • @sgtstriker6 Hey thanks for watching. The tripod is from boggear . com it is a bogpod. Check out their website and it will list a dealer closest to you.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • awsome shot. how did you correct for wind. (kentucky windage)

  • @chraw1983 yes

  • dropped his ass

  • Sweet vid nice shot but there not your animals to shoot lol there everyones I love all the haters on YouTube.

  • @ansterds If they are everyones I want my share! You look at em I shoot em. It's all good

  • nicely done guys , great quality video and awesome shooting.

  • What you see on TV are the city folk - there are lots of real men in Canada!

Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment.

    Cheers!

    Andrew

  • Glad to see there are still some real men left in Canada!!!!!!

  • What are your thoughts on .204 ruger compared to .223 remington?

  • @MichaelkSimmons Both have dropped lots of dogs. If cost is a factor go .223, as far as flat tragectory the .204 is fast and flat with very little scope jump. You'll hear people talk about wind drift (.204) but if you look at the ballistics you'll see it isn't very different from the .223 or the 22-250 for that matter. The round I feel is the best overall yote gun is the .243 with 62 grain varmit grenades. Lots of KE left over for those really long shots! Thanks for watching.

    Andrew

  • so fuckin lucky i live in utah where yote huntin is shit!

  • ive done that with a ballistic knife and there was dogs everywhere.haha Free For All on Array

  • Wow, that was a great shot!! You mentioned the 243 with 62 gr VG. Can you tell me what twist rate you have in this set-up? I cuurently have a ruger MK 77/HVY Barrel that I shot the 70gr BT nosler with a 1 in 9 twist and get really good results. Please post more shooting footage.

  • Biaaaaatch! Nice shot

  • ther first coyote was awsome he fell dwon like a rock

  • Every time I see it, I got to say "What a great shot" btw what is the name of the music use as the sound track? Tnx's!

  • This is probably my favorite CHCDirect video, from the very first opening scene, until the end, along with a great sound track... its all just perfect ! I should of had said this months ago! "Well Done!

  • and what scope is that?

  • what is the full name for this rifle?

  • I'm not being an ass but if you guys learn to shoot from unsupported positions your 'dog yield' will be much greater at the end of the day. And buffalo stakes are really a fast way to get some support from the sitting position. But all in all WELL DONE LADS!!!

  • class shot man

  • That was an impressive shot!! He thought he was safe out there. The female will be harder to get at that distance. That 204 is pretty impressive too. I'm getting a sporter barrel to go on my Savage. I hope it will shoot close to that if I can do my part. Thanks for the video.

  • Wow that's pretty cool. With a .204 too! You can own a gun in canada?

  • @vampov ya but you gota be 18 years old and have a pal (firarms license) thats easy to get though.

  • @vampov oh ya and you gota register your guns here it's stupied but we have to.

  • What is the Optic that you were using in this Video..

    Cheers

    Bern

  • Great shot! Just wow!!!!

  • WOW thats a GREAT shot!!! I reload .204 for myself and 2 buddies and we all are so in love with that caliber! What grain bullet were you using in this shot? I was always curious how much energy a .204 still has at over 500 yards. I guess I now know that it still has enough to kill a coyote!! And wow that looked like a huge one too!!

  • I had just about decided to buy a new rifle in the 204 Ruger caliber. After seeing this I think I have made up my mind. Some real talent.....on the gun and the camera. Great job.

  • Nice.. what type rig is that?

  • What length barrel do you use?

  • What a great shot...what was the rifle sighted in at?

  • @Copebro Good question Paul. I believe he had it zero'd at 250 yrds.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • dont really look like 502 yds on that camra view

  • @BEAAVIS We are using a production camera with a 20x optical zoom on this video. It is not a handycam. On the video you can hear when I hit the dog with the range finder and I say what the range is. Normally we expect shots at 30-40 yards. I can assure you we are not trying to mislead anybody with this video.

Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • @BEAAVIS

    hello

the thing many people dont always consider

myself included is that judging distance on

camera just by eyeballing it is VERY tricky

so in most shooting videos if they say

1282 yards unless i can see them touching

the target i'll just auto-believe it because

i wasnt there, dam optical illusions

  • Really great shot!! we had a dog bounty last year next door here in sask, but we could use another one this year cause their everywhere.

have you guys ever loaded any of barnes varmint grenades?

  • @keembro if you watch some of our other youtube vids on our channel chcdirect. All of thoses shots by The Coyote Kid is with a 243 Win loaded with 62 grain varmit grenades. Best coyote round ever. They drop on the spot with little to no pelt damage!!!

    Happy Hunting, thanks for watching.

    Andrew

  • I know a lot of people who swear by 20 cals, but I don't think many of them have enough to bring down most prey, no matter the caliber attached. Its personal experience, I've used a 20 guage which has failed to do the job, and a .22LR which has failed. I only purchased a .22-250 because it was supposed to bring more penetration to the table than a 30-06 @ 350 yards - given the right ammo.

I wouldn't personally trust anything less than a .270 or .22-250 for that kind of yardage.

  • @Mark48152

I know guys who hunt with bow/arrow who successfully harvest deer from 150 yards without a sight using a compound bow. I've taken a deer with a few different calibers, even the brutal .50 cal BMG from 1820 yards. It was an expensive [$15,000] rifle with another $10,000 scope. Where I hunt I personally use a 30-06, and I've got my ammo and gun to work effectively to 1,128 yards - which is beyond the normal. I load to 220 grain, and file the crap out of my ammo to get the precision.

  • @Mark48152 You, sir, are full of crap.

  • @darkseeka

I'm not full of it. I've had bad experiences with a .20 cals. Instead of a .22LR, I use a .30 cal M1 Carbine which I believe brings a lot of power to the small game hunting, and I prefer my .30-06 for large game just because I reload and it was the gun I learned to shoot growing up. You may have another, based on your experiences. Thanks for the comment!

  • @Mark48152 150 yards with a compound with no sight = Nope, never.

  • @Mark48152 lmfao! damn it rambo

  • @Mark48152 well in saying that, a 223 is 20 caliber, which is used in many assault rifles, which there for a while and still in some instances is used as a sniper caliber, but has now mainly been replaced by the 308. i shoot a 22-250 myself which has the same size bullet as the 223, which i have killed deer with both at yardages past 250-300 yards and further on coyotes with the 22-250. so the 20 calibers arent as bad as you make them out to be btw 20 gauges and 20 calibers are totally different

  • @Mark48152 Mark, You should take some video of your long distance shooting. I know that I wouldn't be the only one that would love to see your marksmanship abilities here on Youtube. Especially your 1,128 yrd 30-06 shots.

    Thanks for watching.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • @CHCDirect

I hear you on that. But unlike most people now a days I don't walk around with movie cameras. Its just something I end up doing. I have a Tasco 4-16 w/ an adjustable objective lens. I had a buddy make me a new barrel at his metal shop to tolerate 220 and even 270 grain 30-06 rounds. One of the magic angles for bullets for whatever reason is 28 degree angle. I was on an elevated position looking down. I had my rifle to 1000 yards with a 220 grain in the chamber.

  • You really do need a .308 with the new alloy plastic metal materials to do the real damage at long ranges. I prefer a 50 cal BMG, but the 15k is a little expensive right now for me. But I took the shot from the elevated position, aimed halfway up on the vertical reticule (set at 1000 yrds), and fired. The bullet traveled, it hit low but made the shot, I was able to retrieve the deer within the hour.

  • @Mark48152 you mean you were able to reteive what was left of the deer.....cause in reality a 50 bmg makes a big mess of anything it hits.....thats why you only hunt taliban with it.

  • @keembro

Not really. I learned to shoot on my 30-06, and I have a 50 cal black powder and I used my buddies 50 cal BMG, it makes about the same amount of mess. You aim more for the neck region so that you don't spoil the body. It too was a long range shot, I remember like 1,500 y.

  • The bullet that was used in this vid is the Hornady 20 Cal .204 40 gr V-MAX™ I don't have the ballistics handy but they are easy enough to look up if you go on the Hornady website. Thanks for watching and good luck with your new purchase.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • Just saw the vid great shot can you post what grain and hold over how far up and how much left thanks again great shot I just bought a Remington r15 vtr in the .204 looking for all the help I can get

  • Its nice when they sit still to be shot. Good shooting-

  • What is the thing called he rest his gun on?

  • @dh5freak He is shooting of off a product called Bogpod. The one that he is using is the Red Legged Devil. They have camo ones and a pile of other products - I highly recommend them if you wanna make a steady long distance shot in the field. got to bogpod.com and you'll see all of their products.

    Happy Hunting, thanks for watching.

    Andrew

  • I have heard people say a .204 aint enough for coyote, i know better. Because i have had no problems thus far killing one with a .204. I also use a ruger M77 mark 2 target in .243 shooting 55 gr. winchester ballistic silvertips that have nearly the same ballistics as a hornady v-max 40 gr. .204 bullet. The 55 gr. .243 packs more energy at long range, but you just proved that a .204 can handle yotes at long range also. .204 ruger is a great round.

  • Good shot,i was going to go with a 204 but went with a 223,308 and 17 rem ,where i am the dingo skins aren't worth anything and i used to sell alot of fox skins(but the greenies stopped that)now i just shoot the fox's and leave them and the dingo's have a small bounty on them.

  • @mitchellcorp Interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing

    Andrew

  • Great shot and great video

  • Have

  • Well humans ache pretty dull teeth. Just saying. I mean do you see a bunch of people running around with fangs? If you do I want to see a video of it.

  • It takes small game @ great distance's and makes it look easy, and for many a decade, with the 22-250, success is almost a given. But its a mistake 4 some to "think less" of the 204, yes its a smaller diameter & and has a smaller selection of bullet weights available. But even factory loaded ammo 32gr thur 45gr bullets are faster, flatter and packs more K/E from the muzzle to past 500 yards then the 22-250 can firing the same weight bullets, but the 22-250 will never be a bad choice. Tnxs Andrew

  • Why did you start your comment with 22-250 is king? Check out the coyote kid youtube vid and you can see why a lot of the pros are going with the .243.

The ballistics aren't as good as the .204 or the 22-250 but it increases your KE and shooting distance. By using the Banes 62 grain Varmit Grenades there is little to no pelt damage and it drops the yote on the spot!

    cheers,

    Andrew

  • @CHCDirect I have a 243 and just got a 22-250 but i cant shoot it till christmas. I shot a coyote with the 243 at 250 yards, it blew the lugs and pieces of heart out of it. It will definetly ruin the pelt, but i was using 95 gr hordany bullets lol.

  • @CaliforniaCaller I recommend the Barnes 62 grain Varmit Grenade if are going to use the .243 with little to no pelt damage.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • @CHCDirect Thanks i plan on getting some. The only reason i was using 95gr was because we were deer hunting. It literally like destroyed it and it wasnt the only one. I live in cali where they dont have fur buyers so i usually dont worry about pelt damage. But i would love to get into tanning and all that stuff so i could make some cool rugs.

  • @Tristy1987 The 22-250 is king, But a 204 with a 32 gr bullet ->shoots flatter, is traveling faster and strikes with higher retained energy from the muzzle out to past 500 yards<- then a 22-250 of any bullet weight. And Hornady now loads a 45 gr s/p bullet @ 3600 fps for it, a 45gr bullet in 20 caliber has a VERY high s/d rating allowing the 204 to deliver an even higher amount of K/E over the 32 gr bullet (and that coyote didn't know what hit him) and what a 22-250 bullet has at any range.

  • get a job with the marines man NICE SHOOOOOOTING!!!!

  • @gj308win lol, thanks for watching

  • What brand makes that gun and what type of scope is it?

  • @sportsfannumberone Savage Model 12 with accu trigger and a Nikon BDC scope.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • Really a magnificent shot, What was your hold into the wind (to the left)?

  • @easternbushytail 10 mph wind on a 45 left to right at the firing point - the shooter decided not to aim off, he still connected. Gusty wind are tough to shoot in.

    Thanks for watching.

    Andrew

  • @CHCDirect No doubt it can be done and can be done efficiently as you showed in your vid. Well done! As I said in my response to ItzSissyGirl, you better know what youre doing to be able to push that 204 500+ yards accurately and effectively. You guys obviously do. I shoot 22-250 for varmints and predators and also have a dope sheet on my rifle for farther shots. Keep up the good work!

  • @iTzSissyGirl and remember you said ACCURATE to 600 yards. Thats not meaning hail mary-ing a 40grainer from a 204 at the side of a barn 600 yards out.

  • @5150marcelo Hey guys, first of all thanks for watching. The fact is we used a savage 204 ruger and used a range finder to get the distance - you'll notice in the video that on the butt of the rifle he has his ballistic information. It was a calculated shot at a known distance in a supported position period. The 204 obviously was enough cartridge for the job judging by the fact that it was a clean kill. There are many great calibres out there. You can't debate with proven results!

  • @iTzSissyGirl Are you serious? Youre kidding right? You realize 600 yards is NOT long range. I have never shot a LONG RANGE match (1000+) with my 204. You realize your catagorizing that little 40gr 204 with 270 grain 338 Lapua? Anyone here will tell you that if you wanna effectively push that little 40gr 204 out passed 400 yards, you better KNOW what the hell youre doing. BTW, i'd love to see you lay out a goat with a 204 Ruger at 600 yards. When you do, i'll eat my shorts. ; )

  • Nice shot, but i don't believe it was half that distance? I shoot and film my long shots and I can't believe its that far. You can tell on the zoom out.

  • @1964klc Hey, I checked out some of your videos. Looks good. You may want to look at upgrading your camera and that may alleviate your zoom questioning. Keep practicing those long shots. You really shouldn't be missing 200 yrd shots on critters and then questioning a well made shot by another hunter. Also look at getting a mic it will improve your production quality especially in open prairie (windy) conditions. Thanks for watching.

    Cheers,

    Andrew

  • they hunt coyotes out of necessity... coyotes will kill calves during calving seaon. calves get eaten = money lost. its not theire fault if it happens to be a lot of fun...

nice shot man thats a pretty far shot for a target that small!!

  • Nice shot.. I got a 22-250 rem 700 and I'm pretty new to centre fire hunting. With your experience do you reakon I could take a shot on a fox at that range and kill it using 50g ballistic tip ammo @ 3810 fps???? Cheers...

  • @Tristy1987 The 22-250 is more than capable to effectivley dispatch critters out to 600 yrds. The question is are you?

    Thanks for watching.

    Andrew

  • Nice shot

  • Great shot!

  • WOW Great shot.

Looks like they have a serious problem out there with all those yotes running around.

Keep whack-en em they'll make more.

  • You sir are a good shot!!

  • What Scope and Reticle does he have on that thing?

  • Great shot

  • WOW! amazing shot! love how he just folded. no fuss, no muss, sham-wow!

  • What rest is he using?

    Thanks

  • @varminteruk he is using the bogpod from boggear.com

  • nice job mate! clean as a whistle!!

  • WOW! AWESOME shot... especially with a 204!

  • @5150marcelo What do you mean " especially with a 204"?

The .204 Ruger is a long range cartridge, accurate to 600 Yards. It's probably one of the best cartriges out there along with the 30-06 and the .338 and is certainly the best choice for everything smaller than a goat.

  • great video and good shot fair play

  • why do you want to shoot theese beatiful animals?!?! why?!?! its not like im against hunting (i hunt too) but only for animals you can use it makes me sad to watch theese kind of videos and its a shame there are people thinking that is sooooooooo funny... :(

  • @iggvf because coyotes are bastard pests who do nothing more than eat friendly pets. make a nice coat too ive heard

  • @brysonwilliams70 well they should be allowed to live too...

  • @iggvf survival of the fittest, the strongest pest wins

  • @iggvf There is a bounty on coyotes here in Alberta at times. We do sell the fur also. The funny part wasn't the death of the coyote is was the fact that the shooter actually made the shot with such a light round in windy conditions. The kill was clean. If you live in an area where you don't have to contend with vermin - good for you. Please don't judge us. You saw the title so you should not have been surprized by the content.

Thanks for watching and good luck hunting in the future

    Cheers

I agree with you, i mean like i am totally against killing something like a kudu or some beautiful animal in africa or something that meant no harm to a human, but coyotes just suck. I had a pack of them eat my kitten last night and im going hunting tomorrow and im gunna kill as many of those fuckers as i can with my ar-15.

  • @iggvf

Plus coyotes are starting to populate cities and what not. your cute little dog may go outside one day in your yard and you wont see it again. theres no way a coyote is going to kill my dog!

  • @magoof63 yes that i understand!!! if it goes in the cities and in your garten then its fine by me but maybe the people affraid of loosing their dogs should be more careful with their dogs...

  • @iggvf iff it wasnt for huntting and trapping these coyotes u wouldnt be a round your ansiters would die from the cold my native poeple lived on thes animals

  • @halfbakedjoker yes i would be around since this is a predator no people used to live from this animal... and when human became hunters they had deep respect for the wildlife and would never kill a predator unless it was attacking

  • @iggvf not true - the Zulu tribe in South Africa hunted lions as a rite of passage into manhood. Just one example. You have eyes in the front of your head not the side and you have somewhat of a brain - you are a hunter (predators included) so put down that diet soda and xbox and get used to the fact - WE ARE PREDATORS THAT HUNT!!!!!

  • @CHCDirect yeah you are right its someting to get into manhood. but its the only time they will kill a predatir... and when you are talking about the human body... we are not only predators. notice 4 of our teeths are sharp rest are flat it means we are hearbivours too ... so the fact is... we are just like pigs :) we are all eating... funny eh? or not...

  • @iggvf Yes, but if we're just like pigs, as you say, we're cannibilistic, survive at all costs ruthless animals that will kill anything without remorse. Which when you get down to it, is kind of a bad example. How about Hippo's, "Fuck with me, I'll kill you. No exception." Better?

  • @iggvf A predator doesnt need to have sharp teeth. A predator is an organism that lives by preying on other organisms.

  • @CaliforniaCaller uhmmm yes it does... that is one of the things you use to tell if an animal is a predator or not... and try to tell me one predator wich doesnt have sharp teeths...

  • @iggvf Oh and you cant forget the birds of prey they dont have any teeth.

  • @CaliforniaCaller yes humans have sharp teeths dude they actuelly have both if you looked instead of being an asshole + now when you are talking about birds you are talking about a completely different subject i am talking about mammels and i really didnt think anyone could be that slow in the betræk...

  • @iggvf : Watch this and understand why they're hunted: watch?v=NqVE9qfg7yI

  • Just a great video and sound track... if you have a moment, what rifle, scope and cartridge/bullet did you use. To pass though the neck of what looks to be a 35 or 40 pound coyote and at 502 yards... I now have new found respect for the 204 Ruger!

    Congrat's on a great shot!

  • @2at017 It's a Nikon BDL scope and we are using the 32 gn Hornady bullet. Thanks for watching

  • Where is this near exactly i cause i live in red deer and i think i know an area that might be where you guys were hunting at anyways 5 stars!

  • @ipodtester1 Lethbridge, along the Oldman River
