Saudi Arabia has had billions of dollars just by luck and has done practically nothing with the money. No hi-tech industry, just a bunch of medieval schools pumping out useless nutcases. The royals support Monte Carlo and other casinos around the world. Saudi Arabia is a heinous disaster of a nation with 20+% unemployment in the middle of an oil boom.
