So my height id 5.1 and my weight is 53, I reached 58 few months back but then with a help of a lot of bran bread and diet control I got down to this. But im still fat. All these excercises are to tone up my body, how do I lose my fat? And also the workout you had for arms, right now my arms are fat and Im doin your dembell workout, would that give me very body builder muscles??

oh, quick question for you guys- i have really bad knees, so my doctor says i shouldn't run/jog. is doing 20 minutes on an elliptical (with resistance intervals from 3-5) just as effective??
