  • thats sick

  • hahaha the BO sounds so gay xD

  • How wide is the oval tip on the exhaust?

  • no BOV on Audi, only DIV. love it. my cat just got retarded, is that a ECS cat delete pipe? I want to bolt it on with a K04 that I already have. What DIV? all I have to say is sounds sickkk!

  • sounds like a rally car!!

  • is this stock turbo?!

  • hehe!!

lOVING THE SOUND OF THE BLOW OFF VALVE!! ;)

  • @DJS820

    Know the name?

  • @Harrabaillj Unfortunately no, mate.

  • |O| Isso que é AUDI...(muy bueno), (Very Good) Excellent =)

  • Whats the name of the bov ?

  • sounds like a small tractor ahhahahahah

  • is that the stock turbo?

  • You do know spacers above 5mm fuck up the quattro system and jeopardize safety...

  • Owwwww dis car is fully hecticc! Look at the sound of the BOV OMG!!!

  • where are you guys located?

  • Hey this is random, but I got a 94 nissan sentra with a 2.0 swap, its missing a 3rd gear . . . can I just replace the synchromesh for the 3rd gear or do I have to replace the tranny ?

  • sounds SICK

  • what size spacers are in the rear? looks and sounds good.

  • omg that sounds fuking sick man..i have the exact same car and want mine to sound like that! what kind of bov is that? or is it a dv?

  • what kind of tips are those where can i buy them also would this exhaust sound the same as on a A4 B7 2.0t?

  • the noise is a dump valve wired backwards ..doin this makes the wastegate louder...bad 4 ur turbo thou

  • this car sounds just like i want my A4 to sound like. i'm jealous

  • It's not a TDI

  • haha thats pretty funny. Car sounds great man would love to throw that setup on my '00 a4. Any idea how much the whole setup cost. Which model magnaflow did u use.

  • shit thats SWEET

  • where can i buy this exhust and how did u make it sound like that when u shift?

  • that sound is the turbo lol

  • where can i buy this exhust

  • ive had an hks on my 1.8t awm for about 4years and it hasnt given me any problems at all no codes or anything idk why ppl say its bad for the 1.8s if talons and ecipses have them all the time.. i mean i know its not the same machine but i would like to know why its bad besides runig a little ritch when you shift..

  • @AbelGrado its bad because you are dumping the air to atmosphere when your car is calculating that it is returning.... Blow off valves are for ricers and not necessary unless running a BT... those older eclipses and talons did not have sensitive MAF's that modern cars have

  • i do understand that the maf would trow a code if it dint read that air but on mine idk if its like any other 1.8 the recirculation tube from the bov is past the maf sensor almost to where the turbo intake is.. so i do understand you bro but i just think its not that bad that it runs a little ritch when you shift.. and mine dindnt show a code at all or rough at idle

  • somebody forgot that was an all wheel drive retard!!!!

  • nice car,I had the same 1.8t quattro (chiped) to 220 hp,makes pretty good accelerations but he doesn't like looong autobahn trips by max rpm-s,that's why I decided to buy an M3 smg, damn it's a beast

  • To put an end to thes guessing. Yes it's a bov and no a4's or any audi for that matter do not have them stock. And yes bov can be bad for audi turbo setups like my s4 which is a 2.7t but they can work on a4's with no problem

  • @nycsr20 huh. Any idea what problems they actually cause besides "damage" Like why do people use them if its going to ruin your car? Just doesnt make sense. Is it just 1.8t specific.

  • NICE STANCE!!!!!

    Love it dude!

  • EVERYONE its a DV valve. BOV's are BAD for VW /Audi turbo engines. this sounds like a forge diverter vlave.

  • its a diverter valve, bov are bad for 1.8ts....

  • I like

  • sooo clean! I have the same 2.5 all the way through but twin tips

  • wat is it called with you switch gear and you hear a hiss sound

  • thats the blow-off valve releasing the pressure, if i believe....don't know if that is 100% correct...its the turbo letting out excess pressure.

  • definitely the blow off valve. without the bov, you can mess up the turbo.

  • i dont think the a4 has a bv stock and ive heard its really bad for the turbo to put one on. Sort of contradictiing i know but id like to find out the truth

  • @silverluke08 it's bad only because the engine is designed for the recirculating valve, basically think, blow of valve, except the air goes back into the intake. The engines sensors will be looking for that air which will not be there, so it will throw a CEL. Or at least should. (anyone who's done OBD-II tuning knows how stupid the comp can be at times)

  • @FallenAquila

It also is worse for the life of the turbo/wastegate

  • @RyIzzle You're a fucking retard. A blow off valve does not increase the stress on a wastegate or turbocharger. With both diverter/recirculating valve, and a blow off vavle, the air pressure after the turbo and before the throttle body keeping the turbocharger from back spooling. In higher pressure cars a diverter valve can not be used because the volume of the intake tract (that is measured fro the filter all the way to the intake body) is so small that the air pressure will rebuild

  • @FallenAquila faster then the recirculating valve can keep it cycling, pushing the turbine to stop as the exhaust gases try to force their way past it, usually risking warping it. a warped turbine a distinct chipping sound. Also considering how a waste gate functions, it regulates the gas pressure of the exhaust in order to regulate the turbines speed in the turbocharger, this is done by the air pressure in the turbocharger housing opening the valve in the waste gate

  • @FallenAquila allowing just enough gas to maintain the maximum amount of spool, if anything it looks more like a wave pattern, in that the pressure jumps about half a psi above the setting as the wastegate opens, and then drops about another half a psi below the setting as it closes back. Anyways by the time the waste is already closing from the blow off valve releasing the pressure from the intake tract, the exhaust gas pressure moving by the wastegate has already dropped by to idle. If

  • @FallenAquila it's not then you are using too small of a wastegate

  • @FallenAquila

Wait your right, cuz you wont get a CEL or anything installing one of these to a VWAG. Go ahead, do it, i assure u, u wont be happ with it.You're actually making the turbo work harder, which in case, is BAD for it.

  • @RyIzzle did you not even listen to what I said? re-read, even re-red what I first put down. thankyou.

  • @FallenAquila You didnt speak so there was nothing to "listen" to. and u talked in a circle

  • @RyIzzle um no? I gave an explanation of the system, the CEL has nothing to do with the turbo "working harder" it has everything to do with the OBD-II system not finding the amount of air in the intake tract that it is expecting, which on a completely STOCK motor would indicate that there is either A. a leak between the maf sensor and diverter valve, or B. the sensor itself is damaged and malfunctioning.

there is that simple enough for your small brain? Or do I need a kindergarten teacher?

  • Its called a blinker fluid pressure release valve. When you rev the engine, your blinker fluid pressure increases and may cause your turn signals to flash really fast, so it releases pressure (the "hiss" sound you mentioned) which, in turn, causes your blinkers to blink at a regular pace.

  • :)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

  • either a bov or a bigger turbo...correct?

  • LOL.

  • blow off valve..................

  • pop up ventile :)

  • sorry :D i mean blow of :D

  • turbo wastegate

  • is that a diverter valve or bov

  • sounds more like a bov

  • sounds like a wanker valve.

  • what kind of diverter valve do u have

  • ca coute combiens un setup a partir du turbo ??? et un muffler avec un dual tip... jaime pas le look "tuner" de celui sur le video .... mais le son est tres beau !!!

  • what bov is that?

  • how do you get the two mufflers to work?

  • hp??

  • what bov is that?

  • We would need the car for one whole day to build it. Everything is custom so you sure to have a perfect fit with no clearance issues. The system is also garanteed for life! The one in this video has a stage 2 tune which really lets out the power with this exhaust. I usually have the ECU reflashed while the car is here.

  • I'm in New Jersey...

  • We build them custom here at RAWTEK Performance in Montreal. Where are you located?

  • men, beautiful sound, i own a 1.8t too. where can i get that exhaust? and how much?...

  • I love German cars, have owned a few, but the best sounds are the American muscle sounds from the 60s and 70s.

  • real nice what are your mods?

  • Learn how to read before you post ignorant statements. It's a "2.5 inch exhaust system"!!!

  • @anchuk1990 ahahhaha dumbass

  • Comment removed

  • @anchuk1990 wow........

  • @anchuk1990 learn to read noob

  • @anchuk1990

Haha! you just made yourself look like the biggest dumbass...

    @rawtekinc

Great job on the exhaust sounds amazing.

Id have you guys do mine but i live in Washington. ;)

  • @anchuk1990 You ...idiot!!! LOLS

  • @anchuk1990 LOL OH MY GOD are you seriously that stupid? I honestly laughed out loud.

  • @anchuk1990 haha tool

  • That's deep !!!!!
