  • I see no hope in this man's eyes.

  • The day after 9/11/01. The President asked Clarke: "Who did it?". The next day Clarke responded with a report that said (essentially) "Al Qaeda". The day after that, Clarke got back his report with the following words written across the cover: "Wrong Answer!"

WRONG ANSWER! #$T#%# The Bush administration was DETERMINED to establish a military presence in Iraq!

(this information was taken from Clarke's book: "Against All Enemies")

  • In the summer of 2001 Richard Clarke (National Security Advisor) was almost frantic in trying to warn the adminstration about an attack! When the Aug.6th 2001 PDB (Presedential Daily Breifing) titled: "Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S." was presented to George Bush. Bush told the CIA briefer: "All right. You've covered your ass now." (and then he went fishing!)

(youtube videos = Richard Clarke: Bush IGNORED terrorism! ) + (youtube = 911 - the men who saw it coming: Richard Clark

  • For those unfamilair with Richard Clark. He served as National Security Advisor under G.Bush Sr., Clinton (both terms) and G.Bush Jr. (till he quit in disgust).

As such, a strong case can be made R.Clarke is the foremeost anti-terrorism expert in the world. If you doubt his veracity, may I suggest, that you please google him.

  • he also served under Reagan

  • Whoops, I forgot about that. Thank you!

  • This argument reminds me of Hernando De Soto's "The Other Path". A book about how the Peruvians overcame Terrorism with ideas. So much of the book is relevant to our current situation. To fight terrorism we must identify what conditions allow it to exist, and eradicate them. Today's foriegn policy is creating tommorrow's terrorists.

  • Everyone should go out and read Against All Enemies. It is a MUST read to anyone who wishes to debate The War in Iraq, Richard Clarke is the clearest window into the fortress that is THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION.

  • "Everyone should go out and read Against All Enemies"

I agree! A scathing indictment of those that (on our behalf) commited possibly the worst foreign policy blunder in the history of America. A mistake for which we will continue to pay for DECADES to come, NO MATTER WHAT WE DO!

  • cna this guy please run for president

  • I second Shivanta's words!!

  • thank you very much for this
