Its a positioning flight to another UK hub, So there will only be Flight crew onboard and no PAX luggage therefore resulting in slower VR speed and from the video it looks like they have a strong headwind which already gives them TAS before the roll off the runway

During this take off I believe the plane was only a fraction of its normal take off weight. It was heading down to London Heathrow Airport on a Transit flight to collect more passengers. It would have had less baggage and possibly even less fuel so didn't need full speed to take off. It also needed much less runway to take off too.
