Your very close to getting those birls (triplets)! Practise it really slow and gradually speed it up, thats what I had to do. When played up to speed, it is really just a quick flick of the wrist.

Hi,, I just wanted to recommend this video if you are still having trouble with your triplets. Type in "Bruce MacGregor Fiddling Snippet Bow : Triplets" and you should find a very helpful tutorial about bowing triplets... he even shows them on Jenny Dang the Weaver as well! That's how I learned to get my triplets up to speed. Cheers :)
