To look at the real employment rate in the U.S., take out of the picture all of the people that dont work full time. Take out the carpenters that are not on unemployment but only working one or two days per week. subtract all old people that dont work. subtract everybody that too young to work. Then subtract everybody that cant make a living wage. Then see what that number looks like.
