once again, they show banners in english mostly. isn't it a bit strange for national *revolution*? i am not sure that the majority of population speaks english and respectively understands the banners.
First of all, yes, the majority of people understand english in iran, if not speak it. 2nd, when you want the world to know your message, you obviously want to communicate that message in an international language like english. 3rd, many of the pictures are from demonstrations held outside of Iran.
kitty if u notice in the places that had signs in english the women were not wearing their scarves that means it was in America or another english speaking country there were hundreds of protests for iran's fraudulent election all over the world

second, it's of no importance now. it's all over. and if Moussavi really feels a need to change the dictate of religious rules he can start fighting against particular religious laws.
