and play the G and B strings on the 12th fret into 11 fret G string and 10 fret B string before going into the open D and Cadd9. i'm not good at teaching so my explanation might be a bit off.
i wont criticize cause i appreciate anyone willing to take the time to make a video and tries to pass knowledge onto the next but the way they play and acoustically is a bit different. but all your chords for rythm seems to be right on. for the lead intro riff, instead of going from 10th fret to 12th fret and playing it single note, let it ring and slide from the 10th fret B string to 12th fret.
