Ahhh, but does it reverse "Crohn's" Disease. Sorry, I find it hard enough to trust any of this bull as it is...you spell a key word wrong and that cinches it for me.
I have had Crohn's for 1 year and I'm wondering what the raw diet is too and does it really work? Can someone please explain it? If it would mean I didn't have to take medication anymore that would be great I hate being on drugs especially a steroid.
@kll510 - check out "life regenerator" here on youtube and Robert Morse, ND ... both of them can offer you loads of info on how the raw food diet can eliminate the "dis-ease" ... the raw food diet (which I admit I don't eat 100% raw yet - my aim is to eventually be THAT good, but I don't have hte inspiration from dis-ease) ... the "raw food diet" means eating fruits, vegetables, nuts, herbs, legumes ... just no dairy or meat ... and don't cook things for too long on a high heat.

I think she said she has Chron's 12 weeks ago. Which could have been a flare-up. I would like to see where she is in 12 months.
