I do not know of any sword schools in Perth sorry. I am the only foreigner to be given official permission to teach this specific style outside of Japan. Good luck in your search
The inscription on the wooden scabbard (Saya) reads as Samurai Damashii, which translates as: Samurai spirit.
The inscription on the blade translates as: Now, as in ancient times, with the right spirit/right mind/right attitude the Gods will bless you.
The handle (tsuka) was on the large size and therefore very different to what I have been using in Japan. For the price, a surprisingly good sword I thought. A good starting place to gain knowledge and experience with a live blade.
@shadowswordsensei I would like to learn Bushido, can you recommend a school in Perth, WA?

Yes it is. Pretty good for the price I must say. I really am looking forward to testing the very expensive ones if this is any indication of quality.
