Kitty is not dehydrated. He has two water dishes filled with fresh water at all times. He simply likes sprinklers. Sometimes he'll just sit under it without drinking anything.
It's drinkable....he does this everytime the sprinkler is on - he'll stay under it for very long lengths of time. He also jumps into the bathtub demanding that the tap be set to drip so he can drink out of it....hmmm, I wonder if I should turn on the shower next time he does that heh heh.

Your cat needs a water dish. Probably dehydrated because you don't give him enough water.
