i got geforce 9600 512mb and 256 bit ddr3, 2 gb of ram (im going to upgrade it to 2,512 gb) amd dual core (yes i know my procesor sucks) and an bad power suply that i got to upgrade to i think 400-450 watt.

yes you can but only on low settings...if u buy a geforce 8800gt/gts/gtx u can play it on very high settings
