ya u can download the 3.0 software but u wont have new camera features, compass,voice control, and mms also it wont be as fast as the iphone 3G S.... but u can get some of the new features

ya now im not sure because the price with already having a 2 year contract is like $399 for 16GB and $499 for 32GB idk i think thats right
