  • Wow! You have solidified my concerns about adoption. I am sad for your parents and find you to be a total ingrate. Perhaps you all would have been better just left in some orphanage in S.Korea. Sad for you, sad for the people who actually support your heartless dribble and sad that your folks hadn't adopted someone who would have found themselves actually glad to be adopted and more optimistic and grateful for the experience You need counseling. At 18 you need to go from their home.Go to S.Korea

  • That was really powerful and amazing. Not only your feelings are shared in this great piece, But you also push forward feelings many Korean adoptees have. One the few ways I can describe my family to others is that I was casted in the role of "White American Daughter", Something I failed at only because I should have never been casted by an ignorant directer, producer, and nonsupporting crew.

  • this is beautiful. i'm adopted and all you said have been feelings i couldn't put into words. the confusion and unfairness that comes with adoption is something all adoptees suffer.

  • @karebear0410 Good luck ! Fightning!! Hope you do :) best wishes to you
