could we cross vieja with a flower horn. and it is a cichlid right? so can it live in a environment same as flowerhorn?

Each to their owm mate. If you want my opinion, i think flowerhorns and any hybrid fish are a abomination to the hobby. They have caused a complete mess to pure trimacs and vieja/paratheraps species. Stick with what nature created, much nicer fish.

@lee1973n hybridization does occur in the wild. But i do agree that hybrids are bad genetics to have in the hobby gene pool.

He used to when the other vieja were in there, he's really mellowed at the moment. Check out some of my other vids, you'll see him when he's angry. LOL!
