Ticketmaster & LiveNation can't give people their money back if the shows lasts at least 40 minutes... & this show lasted around 75 minutes.... Rihanna's LOUD Tour has a duration of 110 Minutes... SO....

"i want my money back" wtf.. you saw most of the show.. there was only like another 6 songs left.... you'll all probably get free tickets for the next time.. then you will of seen almost 2 shows for the price of one.. i hear TOO MUCH fuckary in this video!

@appleuserUSA i think you'll find half of 23 is NOT 6.... therefor she performed a good bit more than half of the show! what do you expect to get from it? they can't give everyone there money back because they have used the arena although it was not a full show they will still have to pay for the time they used. and then there are damage coasts....

so they only decide to evacuate when the fire is put out that is shocking, soon as the fire was discovered it could have been a immediate lights on and evacuation, the speed at which fire can spread is lethal three minutes in the whole stage and most of the front row could have been on fire... you was very lucky!

@Michael1918 the fire wasn't dangerous. they only evacuated everyone because of the damage the fire done to the light rigs. had they caught the fire quick enough the show probably could of gone on.
