stunning--I am blessed to have studied under Mr. Elliott some twenty years ago--he is an amazing person and musician. What novel registrations. He is amazing.
that's so weird... this sounds like a cross between a Rodgers demo and a Johannus demo I heard recently - anyway, I really enjoyed the chime at the end! it made me smile
I wonder if Richard was at the organ when the Mormon choir and orchestra appeared at the Noble center in Norman Oklahoma last month. Stunning playing of the organ solo. Marvelous eveing.
I LOVE the strings at 0:54 and at right at the beginning...i have a hard time comprehending how he plays it...its sound like he is using all ten fingers for sure
Her arrangement is here on youtube. There are several videos (i think three) of her playing it on various organs i actually posted one of them (not the best one i must say just because the organ was pretty bad and out of tune) but they are on here
The acoustics of the tabernacle are so good that if you were to drop a pin on a hard surface at one end of the room, someone would be able to hear it just the same at the other end. That is, of course, if it is dead silent.
Incredibly diverse musical portrayal of the attributes of Heavenly Father, our "Fount of Every Blessing." Is this arrangement published?

No arrangements published that I can find.
I am trying to work out the music myself, but this takes a very long time...

You can never go wrong with a Dale Wood arrangement.

True, but his arrangements are often not "right under your fingers" :)

Such a sweet song. The acoustics are amazing, and so is that organ.

The hall is conducive to the famous pin drop test and the sounding of the 3/4" to 32' pipes.

Explain this "pin drop test?
I've never heard of such a thing

Someone can drop a pin in the front of the tabernacle, and it is audible in the back.
