The San Francisco Police Department painted the wall BEFORE they painted it.. they have a special graffiti division, I met the main guy and he is pretty cool.. he really is into graff .. when I told him the police in London would NEVER help graffiti artists he said "well we do things slightly differently in San Francisco" DAMN RIGHT... still, its a scary town to go out tagging in.. apparently from what I've heard ;-P
