Very good demostration, good to see a real application of the pattern,I study ITF TAEKWONDO myself and watching demos like this make me want to train harder!
The reason why you may think it is aweful maybe is because of the video quality. I'm there watching them performing the demonstration,i guess everybody including me was thrilled and excited as they performed. To me,it is one good performance! May the penang team keep sparkling and flourish!
what are you talking about?!?! how long have you been doing tae kwon do. Let's see a video of you doing a form and then we can compare. This person doing the form seems to be to be very good at the kicks. You might need to go to the eye doctor and check your eyes!

I do Taekwondo, but this is aweful, apart from the kicks even though they dont flow.
