  • @missykiss16 I THINK THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONE AND A HALF WEEK!JUMPING ROPE COMBINE WITH THAT MORE THAN 2 KG IS LOST IT MAY EVEN GO TO 4 KG IN 2 WEEKS!

  • hcagurl... I've taken the real kickboxing class.

    when I first enrolled, I was 79kg... With proper training (1 hour/5days a week) & strict diet, I managed to lose 13kgs...

  • If I did this everyday, how much weight would I lose in about a month?

  • I got a question what is the difference in cardio kickboxing and actual kickboxing that teaches one to fight and dominate an oppenent in the ring? Ive taken both and still dont understand the difference.

    can someone please explain the difference?

  • Ideally (in terms of moves) there's very little difference. You sometimes get cardio instructors who don't have proper form, but for the best benefits the moves must be done correctly, whether you're training for a fight or just want to maximise fitness. In terms of context, I'd say maybe a combat kickboxing class would teach you more of how to mentally use the moves effectively, while a fitness class will focus on physically challenging participants.

  • here's the difference and this is exactly what i tell my class as i'm giving the introduction: CARDIO-kickboxing is just that an AEROBIC ACTIVITY, moves are the SAME but used for exericse purposes. you will not be able to defend yourself in a fight w/ cardio kickboxing. trust you'll be too out breath after jabbing for an 8count.

    Kickbox: the ART of a SPORT, teaches you form, technique, defensive moves, EXECUTION! the moves are the same, just a different purpose

  • They both serve different purposes. Regular kick boxing teaches you self defense and self confidense. Aerobic kickboxing helps people to stay fit or to lose weight. Understand now?

  • @kickpop99 How long did they do it for, for instance 15min, 30min, or other a day/a times a week? I just did it today along with the 3min workout video you have for 30min and I'm SWEATING like crazy
