  • what´s this service name ?

  • ponlo en camara lenta

  • NADAL! you are my second favourite tennis player of all time...FEDERER you place first in my books! i just love watching nadal's serves though, they are amazing..

  • the racquet looks small in his hands.

  • how fast can he run? i mean look at this..turbo rafa

  • @crashpedo bahaha..dude...lol...turbo rafa! hahahahha!!

  • wen was this?? cuz his ball toss is way different today

  • Nadal isn't a natural lefty. He just happens to play tennis left handed.

  • Can you do it better??!

  • His serve is slow and inconsistent, not a good combination

  • go nadal!!

  • non jsui la ;)

  • awesome

  • Non Tkt Lol

Comment y mes 3 heure pour faire un service (d'ailleur y s'est fait élminer) ... XD

  • je suis le seul français ou quoi??!!!

  • Viva España y me encanta Nadal.

  • VIVA ESPAÑA HIJOS DE PUTA

  • Rafael Nadal is an amazing tennis player. He does have talent and his forehand is one of the most lethal out there. While his backhand doesn't compare to his forehand, it is still an amazing backhand.

His serve, which used to be a weekness, is not a weakness anymore. I'm basing this off of the effectiveness it showed in the australian open.

However, I am a Federer fan, but I can still admire Nadal!

  • yeah, verdasco vs. nadal they both were hitting that ball HARD

  • I agree..Nadal is just great...but what is wrong with his underwear?

  • Comment removed

  • He's coordinate yes, but if you do it while running or do it without being perfectly placed or your racket leg stays down, it's inevitable you will apply torsion to your knee(s).

Why do you think he complains about that when he plays hard court?

He moves a lot to get his racket brush up as fast as possible and he has to rush it, unlike Federer.

With the power he applies, a repeated small mistake becomes very risky and will probably hurt somewhen.

  • His serve is a bit more fluent, lesser rushed and quite safer.

  • @davoho he could hit a hard slice serve if he wanted to but he chooses not to since he can win points by grinding

  • federer's way to play is a f*****g bulls****t

  • But it yet won 15 majors and got him to 21 finals plus all the all time reccords...

  • Rafael Nadal's the most extraordinary thing to happen in international tennis. His talent, achievements, charisma, popularity & looks. He is an icon, a legend at 22. Not-one come close (except Federer).

  • Some of you have serious issues! You hate Nadal & go on & on trying to discredit him. But you can't; you are pitiful! You try to deny the facts; comments & reports of experts in the word of tennis; the opinion of the most important champions in the world & his titles & records he has broken! You insignificant morons, who are you to have the audacity to say "Rafa has no talent" or "has no technique" or bullshit like that! How dare you!

  • Rafa has won all but one of his 6 Grand Slams to the top man Federer. Also his 12 Masters he has won -most to Federer and to Agassy, Djokovic, etc -all top ranks. He has already mastered all the surfaces; it no longer matters where he plays. Rafa DOES NOT win because physical strengh; he wins because of his tennis; he has more weapons available than most players. Rafa has a top-spin never seen before (5000rpm compared to the 2000-2500 of the best players).

  • When you think that everything in his game has got even better!! Specially his serve! Imaging Rafa wins an average of 80+% of points on his 1st serve and about 70+% on his 2nd serve. Aces are nice, cause they save you work but in Rafa's case Aces are not even an issue!! They say that Rafa is a legend at only 22, I agree!!

  • It's mean when nadal actually hits a flat serve. Noone expects it and it's friggin fast. But nadal seems to enjoy the comfort and consistency that a kicker provides. I don't blame him, double faults are a horrid thing.

  • the key to the nadal serve is the butt picking

  • lol

  • yes, normal serve, not outstanding like other shots. Good for clay but not good enough for hard surfaces. Is one of his weak points (another is volley) Everyone in the circuit knows it and he knows it too.

  • better than yours

  • Of course dumb asiangangsster. And better than everyone in this site. I was talking about pros

  • than dont say anything if its not better than ur serve

  • not good enough for hard surfaces? weak volley? he just won the Australian Open. yeah you're right, i guess no good for hard surfaces.

  • Borg won 5 times Wimbledon and was one of the 5 best man players ever with similar Nadal´s stlyle: quick legs, stdrized shots and a strong defense. No dexterity, no variations. Effective but PLAIN. Good for Rafa but people enjoy more talented players like Federer

  • Well, while Fed is a very talented player and arguably the best ever, with a current 13 and 6 loosing record against Rafa, I'm sorry to say that Rafa has got his number and you can't argue with that ! As far as more enjoyable to watch I disagree, but I'm wondering what the general public thinks. I'll do some research. I think Rafa is more flamboyant to watch. Therefore, more enjoyable.

  • Sorry, I made a mistake: not people in general, I meant tenis people and tenis players. General public perhaps enjoys the whole show including shouts, jumps, etc.

  • from not good enough on hard courts, to now just not enjoyab le to watch. How many more times will this man prove you wrong, i wonder

  • Nadal is a tenis monster and has nothing to prove to me. He is capable to win in every surface because of his phisycal strengh an powerful shots, but not very talented "tenistically" speaking. I don't enjoy seeing "human walls" playing tenis. I wonder if you see my point or perhaps you don't play tenis and can´t get what I'm trying to explain. But look, ok, Nadal is the best tenis player ever and the most complete. Be happy.

  • dont change your point, you originally said not good enough on hard courts...so are wins in australian open, indian wells, olympic gold, toronto, pacilfic life, semis in US Open proof that it isnt good enough on hard courts

  • lobotomy, your fanaticism dont allow you to read well? I originally said Rafa´s serve is good for clay but not good enough for hard courts. That's because it is sliced, lifted, instead of flat. You would understand this if you played tenis in both surfaces. Same happens with his shots: tons of top spin, ideal for clay but not good enough for hard courts. Basic tenis lesson 1. And I think he's strong and fast enough to win everywhere today, but his play is not good enough on hard courts. Over.

  • so when Rafa's serve is good enough on hard courts, maybe one day hell win a hard court slam like the Australian Open, or a hard court masters series like Indian Wells or Toronto, or maybe Olympic gold on hard courts. His serve is just not good enough to win anything

  • Yes, you are right. everybody knows he won all that due to his serve. Amaizing.

  • holy shit! this guy (fly4ngler) just doesn't want to let it go. i've been goin in circles with him. Fuck him! Rafa is bad as fuck!

  • Slow down ize. I didn't insult you. I admire Rafa for different reasons than e.g. Federer. Be impartial and admit his weak points instead of being mad.

  • you're right. i'm sorry. holy crap they're some Rafa Fans on this vid lol

don't mean to be hating on ya. i enjoy debating the facts. c ya around

  • No problem. Thank you very much. Bye.

  • IS HE HITTING KICK SERVE

  • I get wht ur sayng I gues I jus wntd 2 argue 1point but no matter. I dnt care who is the better tenis plyer or more complete. I'm jus curious, you really dn't think the angles Nadal creates are cool to watch?

(You see I do play tenis, so I like to think that I kinda know what I'm talking about. I currently play Futures, Satellites, and Challenges. I don't always win, but I catch a few rounds here and there. Anyway I just wanted to comment that I'm not just a hack tennis player with an opinion.)

  • Of course they are. To get those angles Nadal depends mostly on the good shape he reaches before shooting the ball. Federer sometimes comes later to the ball but achieve the same adjusting his wrist. Rafa depends more on his body while Fed uses his natural talent and variety of shots.

  • so you are a guy who claims to know a lot about tennis and you say something like "shooting a ball?" LMAO

  • Yes I know about tenis because I play it, but sorry, my english is awful. Unfortunately I don't practice it very often but I hope I made me understand.

  • I know and I play tenis. Ok, you are right, sorry, but my english is awful. I don't practice it ver often.

  • fly4 you are an idiot!! how in earth can you say stupid things like that? Rafa is a legent comparable only to Federer, Borg and the best and you say he has no talent. You are the biggest full on this site and also you are in denial. Look at Rafa's record, please, not one has anything like that! You keep hitting your heads against a brick wall. And Rafa will continue to win more titles and brake more records. All you have is prejudice; you just can't accept the fact! Ok keep suffering!!

  • Why do you insult me? I said Nadal is a monster, he can beat anybody today due to his physical condition and power. But not very talented. Of course he has talent! But more in his legs and arm than in his head and wrist. And I said he has weak serve and volley and that is a fact . So the discussion came so far. I don't want to argue any more with fans that are not impartial in their opinions.

  • Rafa wins because he's the best, not because he has strengh; many players have strengh.

  • waht kinda serve is thatt? =O

  • what do you mean? its a good serve, quite normal, anda very fast, tehers nothing weird with it.

  • no i mean the kind of serve it is.. like slice, topspin etc.

  • oh, sorry, its a topspin-slice serve(the "perfect topspin serve" doesn't exists, it has always some sidespin in the topspin), Nadal hits all of his serves like that, except the full slice serve.

  • oh okay thanks =]

  • federer is just in a temporary slump. he will regain his confidence and skills in a few months.

  • nadal is awesome. federer's days will never be over. neither will nadals. they are legends

  • look at that speed

  • tomorrow we will see. i hope that finally federer beats rafa on french open this year. but rafa could beat him on wimbledon to be 50/50.... ;)

  • Haven't you realized that Federer's days are over?

  • like he usually does?...Rafa has a winning record over Fed.

  • oh why god why is this happening to rafa lately?! i hope it's just a 'sticky patch' he's going through right now and i hope this bad luck won't follow him through the season,at the end i want to see him at no.1 with 2 grand slams-4th roland garros and 1st wimbledon! VAMOS RAFA

  • i dont think he is having bad luck his doin good in miami right now ..haha djokovic knocked out in the secound round by a ausi(thought u would like to know) but anyways rafa is gone do good clay season is almost here and he will rock it hard and federer is in trouble not raf ahahah

  • yeah i know i posted my comment as you see a month ago and your comment is a day ago so i'd agree with you now:D Vamos Rafa(and down with novak-i knew smb had to throw him out after he threw rafa out in IW!)
