For those without more than viewing experience, on pads, when a person isn't just throwing pre-sat combo.s, & going live, it is "much" more difficult to keep the pads dead-on. You have to try to be in the general area. I'm certain he knows what he's doing, & if more fighters wouldn't no record their close-to-fight workouts, you might know this. Also the fact he's moving the target, some...I know, it's Greek...Stop dogging guys sweating it out, already.

@gameboy010203 I am very surprised that this "Andre Maanart" has added any skills to anyone he has trained with that pad holding and "free flowing padwork" training technique . When training you need to to focus on what your hitting not just flare your arms around aimlessly and it helps to feel like you've hit something not to just punch straight through it like Remy is doing as he's not holding them well enough. Anybody hoping to learn Thai Boxing or K1 - don't learn from this video!!!!!
