depends. if your talking about an iphone 3g then, yhea, but they are minor problems which can be fixed easily with vids on youtube. if you have an ipod(ANY GEN) then no. not a single issue has been reported within the ipod. but i strongly suggest you to watch out for the version/firmware of the ipod/iphone. how can you see this? settings->general>about, then scroll down and there you find it. when you know which version/firmware your device is, just google the corresponding jailbreak.
