Its not stupid....... Did you ever watch the series? In GT Vegeta could only go to Super Saiyan 2, He used radiation (Nuclear Gas) In order to reach Super Saiyan 4. He never turned SSJ3 in the whole series.

Goku went through all the stages and Vegeta skip the SS3 stage. Hmm I don't think Dimps developed this game, coz the Sparking 3D fighting engine for all 3 Sparking! games was done by Spike. Dimps developed their own 2D engine for the Budokai series (and most recently for SF4).

Definitely gonna get this when it comes out in Japan... I just hope it's optimized for HDTV displays, coz input lag is a really major issue for games with very strict timings... Tried playing Sparking! Meteor on my PS3 with an HDTV and the massive input lag made it almost unplayable
