Its a remix by "Retro Remixes" from the guys at Screwattack. I don't think they have any physical files to download. But pretty soon it'll be an mp3 in our pack when we do Wily's Castle as a level.

The skin mods look awesome!! But I have a question: Will there be an option in the game to create your own skin mods or will they be abaliable only to those with programming (and maybe spriting) skills?

Yes it is in coming, in first skin video StarsimsUniverse says that they are making tool, that you can make skins

NO Body beats Megaman though. Some of the megaman sprites needed to be re-done (especially Spartan Megaman)

I had already saw Megaman, js showed him off and he's pretty sweet, and JS had said in the megatropolis stage there was going to be something from megaman X, care to elaborate :D

also, NO BODY is a girl deathwing, although the dragons a guy(I think?)

I'd say it's very smart for No Body to copyright his character. It seem like a prime target for theft because of how it looks. It's be a good character for a 3d platformer like Spyro or Ratchet and Clank.
