  • I love how Hagion7206 ignores all the genocide, hate, sexism, scientific fallacies, idiotic rituals, slaughter and other atrocities Christianity has in both the Bible and throughout history. Not to mention following a pathetic, jealous and sadistic god who demands an eternal punishment of being BURNT ALIVE for eternity for something as petty as rejection/non-belief. Yes, that's right, FOREVER.

  • What stupidity. Do you just sit around and make up absurd little statements like this? Christianity has brought peace to the world for over 2000 years. Look at all the hospitals, orphanages, schools, charities that are Christian organizations. Do atheists or Muslims or whatever do this? No. Judeo-Chrisitan objective morals and ethics have transformed every society it partners with into a civilization worth having. Its the non-Christian societies that have mauled humanity.

  • Are you serious? I think you've seen too many Disney films..."peaceful before religion (Christianity?) got here". Almost every Indian tribe had devolved into shamanism & cannibalism. They were brutal warring street gangs on horses. The Indians, like wild west towns, were civilized and made peaceful AFTER Christianity came on the scene. Grow up and put down the wacky tobaccy.

  • @Hagion7206

Christianity, quite literally, spread its message by the sword. They slaughtered and maimed people who would not convert to their new doctrine. The reason that the religion is so peaceful right now (at least to the majority), is because it has effectively been neutered by secular society.

Secular governments have removed its power to threaten people into believing, so now it exists by selling metaphysical peace-of-mind and false hope to all the weak people who need it.

  • Go into a Christian bookstore, and ask if they have a non-fiction section.

  • Don't forget the all the deaths caused by atheism.

  • Fortunately I would never look to you for a definition of reality. You seem to have difficulty with undrstanding basic words and sentences. The God who created everything is a living rational being, in fact He is the source of all living and rational beings. As such He talks with and in many other ways communicates with His creation that He has never abandoned. Again, I'm very sorry that you don't know Him. All your arguments are simply childish.

  • @Hagion7206 prove it to me

  • Great video! All this crapp is caused by religions!...Wake up people!!! Its time to dump all this foolish beliefs and turn into yourselves to find a true creationist that isn't a universal god!! A true god can't be described by words or visions but only through true feelings so lets rid all this religion dirt of the planet it was peaceful before this crapp came over here!

  • Typical for people who take your position you didn't read a word I said. I said that I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I don't just believe in doctrine - we talk with each other, Jesus has healed me physically several times, He has changed my life and brought blessing into my life over and over again. All you have is a philosophy based on pseudo-science. I have a living relationship with the Living God. He truly does walk & talk with me daily. I'm sincerely sorry you don't.

  • @Hagion7206

If you are hearing voices in your head I recommend you get yourself checked. ASAP.

  • @Hagion7206 Sexual healing?

  • If there is a god.. then he is probably crying for the stupidity of those that "believe" in him, or he is laughing his ass off.

  • I'm an Evangelical Christian. I agree with most of what you said. But what you said is that relgion is stupid and stupid people do stupid religious things. I agree. I hate religion. Fortunately for me I don't do religion. I have a personal relationship with the Living God through His Living Son Jesus Christ. Mock all you want. I'm so happy I can barely stand it!

  • @Hagion7206 If you ascribe to the belief that Jesus is the Son of God, you are an adherent of a religion-- Christianity. To say that you don't do religion and then turn around and state THAT is ridiculous.

  • Someone invented religion for he thought men were not dumb enough, and he needed them to get dumb so he could better control them.

  • I heard that atheists have small penises, whether boy or girl. Is this true?

  • @Mcpunk107 is that why the priests cannot wait to get their tiny underwear off to check them out?

  • @Mcpunk107

    LOL, that's actually pretty funny!

  • It's very selfish to believe in something that isn't true only because it makes you feel better. It's a fucking lie and in the truth of things that lie has caused most of the problems in the world war, opression, rape, torture, suicide, ignrancehypocrisy the list goes on and on and on. As long as religion exists man can't survive.

  • Quotes from Hitler: "National Socialism and religion cannot exist together....

"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity....

"Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things."

  • Ad Hominem anyone?

  • seriously shit like this would get torn about in about a second in any kind of debate

  • I having a hard time finding this version of Concerto Pour Une Voix. I'm sorry if you already posed this but who did this version?

  • am I the only one thinking the ukranian just wanted to die? heh...

nice way to go though.... "fuck your gods", rather inspirational, might pull that in 50 years myself, hehe.

poor 12yo though, truly religious idiocy

  • Sky daddy worship(or any of the thousands of past or present gods) is simply delusional behaviour practiced by folks who follow the 'herd' of fellow indoctrinated and brainwashed fearful worshippers. In this day and age, it is a tragic delusion that poisons minds of children, making them distrust their teachers when they go to school. I know, I teach them every day and the brainwashing is so strong and apparent to anyone who isn't indoctrinated. It's very sad to witness.

  • I'm glad you're a teacher then. =D Maybe you can help show them the flaws in their beliefs.

  • Nope, I sure can't. They will have to find that out on their own. I will not discuss religion in my science class. It's not welcome and I will not talk about it either. I would love to but know that it is not allowed. I give them the facts, the method by which those facts are arrived at, present the evidence, teach them to have high standards of proof and just let them figure out the lie they have been told to swallow. The best way to discover lies is for them to figure it out on their own.

  • Well, it's quite annoying that when I went to school, teachers still thought they were free to appeal to the religious people in the class... "God this, god that..." yet atheism carries such a stigma that it dare not be mentioned.

  • Out of 13 science teachers in my school, only two of us follow the rules as I described. Many of them insert god into the lectures and manage to 'give them what they want to hear'. They know they are ok because they are preaching the the choir. It needs to stop right across the globe. I know I would lose my job if I tried to reason with them to question the bullshit fed them by their parents and clergy. I like my job but also realize that god should never be discussed in science. Students do it

  • @saxmanchiro

Science teachers who insert God in their teachings?

They don't deserve the qualification of science teachers.

I'm sorry that you are surrounded with so much retardation!

  • @hunchbacked If you contact the National Center for Science Education(NCSE) and talk to their director, Dr. Eugenie Scott, she will tell you that the USA is having lots of problems with these 'science' teachers. Many just don't want to mention Evolution whatsoever of insert their theistic opinions into the classroom, a serious no-no. That's why the NCSE formed in the first place. Sad that we had to create a watchdog org to keep woo out of the classroom. Sad stuff

  • @saxmanchiro

    Sad indeed.

In my country, science teachers are really science teachers.

And if a teacher was trying to insert God in his teachings, it would generate indignation and he would probably be fired.

  • @hunchbacked That is the only way it should be. I wish the USA adopted that practice. No wonder we can't compete globally. Everyone is leaving us behind, all because of bullshit fairytales. I know the Uni professors are upset as well. They still have students arguing with them in science classes. Then we have the poor home-schooled kids with their fundie parents pushing Creation down their throats and foregoing Evolutionary bio.

  • @saxmanchiro

    Are there many home-schooled kids?

We also have some, but it's not at all for the same reason; those who want to home-school their kids themselves in France, it's absolutely not to push religious nonsense into them, but to diversify more the teachings.

Creationism is an object of laughter in France.

A museum of creation could not exist in France, the French are too rational.

  • The islamic car with optional pre wired bomb all ready installed...

  • The law for land to lie fallow every 7th year actually made ecological sense, it was designed to prevent depletion of the soil's nutrients. The law is not stupid, but what is stupid is the ultra-religious people who think it can be circumvented through technical loopholes as if it were a human law.

Fred Phelps is an idiot, however the people who despise him not for his idiocy but for his protesting the war are even bigger idiots.

  • Why wasn't God smart enough to tell people about fertilizers and crop rotation?

  • this is more scary then funny, actually, because people die because of idiots who let their religion destroy their common sense.

  • Nice movie, I was 12 when I started hating religion. It's pretty sad, because at 12 I was smarter than most of the world...

  • Great work pal. Have you heard about Baylor University's new study about religiosity in America? I'll summarize: America is just as religious as its always been. Yeah. Atheist books are flying off the shelves. IDers got their asses handed to them in Dover, PA because people are tired of hypocritic xians.

  • Good video. I have two suggestions however: Slow down the text and show the sources.

    Good video though.

  • what't the name of the song?

  • You need to slow down the text. It would skip before I could comfortably read it.

  • Dear lord,

Please save me from your retarded followers.

  • @coerce1

    That's my kinda prayer.

  • The world holds two classes of men—intelligent men without religion, and religious men without intelligence.

  • I was asking myself if the human race was spliting into 2 races, the typical homo sapiens sapiens that invented religions to comfort is weak mind and a new kind of being capable of not abusing is power, respect nature, share etc... and of course does not need an imaginary friend to go about life.

  • Funny I was wondering if that was possible while talking to a friend of mine.. More than likely religions will just go the way many others have historically. Pick any religion that is no longer subscribed to for an example. Still it would be interesting to see what the differences would be if the two were separated for millenia.

  • Sad but true

  • I like the myth of a god

  • No. You get a fucking grip on reality.

This is just a fraction of the evils and stupidity that comes from religion, and making a video about it is not "insulting other peoples beliefs." It's raising awareness about the evils religion leads to.

  • It was funny at first...then it was disturbing.

  • That last one just makes me sick.

  • if God is real ( that i know he's not, i'm a panteist/racionist/ spiriutal athiest) then turn my comment upside down!! lol

    :D

  • What if I printed this page, cut out your comment, and then turned it upside down. Would that prove that God existed?

  • i don't need any stupid proof, that only will proof more christian's pathetic waist of there lifes and idiotic behavior. mature man you are older them me probably and beleiving in fairy tails!!..-.-

  • If you're younger than me you're pretty young, probably not an adult. But believing something regardless of the evidence can make people narrow-minded. I'm not saying all the evidence points either way, but it's good to understand where the other person is coming from if you really want to help them, not just insult them.

  • 1:03 It's the Tall Man from Phantasm! Anyone else recognize that?

  • Boy!!!!! X3

  • Oh wow, it sure is, good spotting.

  • LMFAO

    fav'd

  • god needs better lawyers lol

  • Religion are for wusses who are afraid of death and can't think for themselves.

  • Anyone else think MCcain looks like the Tall Man from the Phantasm movies in this video?

  • I like to read the bible and other works of fiction

  • WOW

  • Great video. I think some of those people could be in stiff competition for the Darwin Award(no pun intended).

  • I love it when a farmer, for example, falls into farm equipment and has his arms and legs amputated and is almost decapitated yet is able to survive and proclaims from his hospital bed that he's thankful god was watching over him... If god was watching over you, YOU WOULDN'T HAVE FALLEN INTO THE FARM EQUIPMENT!

  • word!

  • lol 2:10-2:17

  • waster125 how can science kill people? If we get back to another stone age, people would still be killing each other for same reasons. Of course, you can point to atomic bomb etc., but it's humanity's fault that, like Carl Sagan said, it accepts the products of science, but rejects it's methods.

  • Jesus, the wicked priest. Please read it.

  • 2:20 -- WTF!?!?!??!?!

  • "God hates fags" reverend Fred Phelps was a lawyer before he became a "minister". He specialized in civil rights cases before he was disbarred. A lot of his cult are lawyers. I don't his tiny church will ever have to pay a penny of the 11 million. They have a history of saying obnoxious things, then suing towns for denying them their 1st Amendment rights.

  • When polled 85% of Americans consider themselves "Christian"... Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Many "Christians" that I know are intelligent, educated and otherwise sceptical people (Law Enforcement, etc.). Are they all lying? Are they all ignorant or brainwashed? Maybe there's something to this Christianity thing...

  • If everyone is doing it then it must be ok, right? There are over 34 million Americans that have used cocaine so I guess that makes dangerous drugs ok then too since everyone is doing it.

  • Touche, good sir or madam.

  • Well, cocaine has a direct impact on your physical being and can be observed and documented. How is that even remotely like Christianity?

  • I provided cocaine as an example of something that is well liked but isn't healthy. I was not comparing Christianity to cocaine. Please learn to read.

  • All lies are harmful.

  • That's the thing, you don't know it's a lie. If it helps people get through tough times, gives them strength, and helps them keep their spirits up through life, how is that harmful?

  • Any rational person knows it's a lie.

  • The truth is always more helpful than a lie.

  • You actually don't know what problems religion and false hope spread in today's world? Watch the price of faith:introduction in crutch's channel. It doesn't help people; it holds them back in a false hope and reality.

  • I agree that some people take religion too far. But, many people can gain a lot of inspiration and motivation from religion

  • I guess many people like believing in false, made up hope, and superstition, isn't that right waster125?

  • @waster125 LOL, the idiocy of wanting to believe a lie because it makes you feel better. That should be the test for whether you are an animal or a man.

  • @waster125 how could just watch that video with the little boy dying and ask that stupid question... it is astounding.

  • @waster125 This video explains some of the ways it is harmful. There are many more ways. Have you heard of the inquisition? The crusades?

No matter how comforting religious belief may be, it is false and unhealthy. I choose reality.

  • how about all the wars that have been waged in the name of god ?and how many people have died for theism,if jesus came back today he would denounce religion as a plauge on the earth ,

  • yep me too peace ,to much hate from both sides

  • Oh please, just stop that tom foolery right now! It is faith that is binding people from evolving; faith that is causing de-evolution. Religion aka blind faith needs to butt out and let evolution run it's natural course.

  • not nearly as many as have been saved. not nearly as many as have been greatly improved. the joys that science has been able to bring to humanity so greatly outshine the pathetic sputterings of any sad religion it's not even fully comprehensible. every great thing that humanity has achieved has been because of the advance of science and knowledge. full stop.

  • sorry i meant a lot of wars have been fought for religion ,guess irony is pretty hard to post

  • waster125, r u on this earth, read the first 30 pages of God Delusion....see the harm it has caused.....In my country bangladesh, a person was stoned for writing something that contradicts religion, which he intentionally didnt mean to do

  • If they go the way of the Spanish Inquisition and Westborough Baptist Church, it's a very bad thing. But the best case scenario is that they simply have persuaded themselves to stop thinking about one area of their life. If they thought about it, they wouldn't be christian.

Not thinking is bad. Not REALLY bad, but still bad.

  • why did you add the fake headdress?

  • Native Americans were known to have rituals to pray for rain, such as a rain dance.

  • And this is just the beginning.

  • nice video! The Jihadi Roadster was LMAO. :)

  • It's going to rain there sometime or another. I predict that it is going to rain in the next week in your town - let's see if that comes true. If it does, I am some kind of a god, if not, I'll make another prediction. Some prediction somewhere and some prayer somewhere is bound to get its results.

But, what about the prayers that don't get the results - obviously religious idiots ignore those.

  • I had the personal misfortune to have Fred Phelps and his gangsters come to my campus to protest a play about Matt Sheppard. They didn't receive a warm welcome, but were not harassed, which is what they want, because suing people over it is how they make their money. Ironically, they created so much publicity that the play was sold out every single night! I don't think Freddy's flock believes the things they say, I think they just follow a different god - cold hard cash.

  • Georgia is still in a drought. It rained for a few hours, as PREDICTED by the National Weather Service BEFORE the prayer was held.

It was going to rain anyways before they started praying and it still didn't help. That's a pretty lame "miracle".

  • Reduce service personell for aircraft and replace them with goats occasionally sacrified when troubles with machinery occurs :)

  • What kind of doctors slice their own son's wrists without thinking to them selves: "Is there a chance this might go wrong."

  • one who thinks that the almighty sky daddy wants him to

  • thanks for sharing, keep me posted mate

    nice one

more laffs at the expense of these fools

    Ha ha ha ha ha

  • I love it!!!!

  • I wish a few more of them would jump into a pit of lions.

  • Fantastic.

  • Thanks for the video! Funny and sad at the same time.

  • Here's a really good one you missed: watch?v=INrJwV-wygM

  • um, how come no one has realized that EVERY organization, no matter what it is, has people that that it too far or misunderstand and do stupid things?

    seriously, try thinking.

  • Who isn't that doesn't realise that almost everyone has realised that *every* organisation... has stupid people in it? And does he not realise that it's nevertheless immensely amusing to poke fun at those organisations that are *founded* on stupidities and which perpetuate them, as well as having arguably stupid members who nevertheless claim to be guided by Omniscience Personified? Seriously; don't assume the rest of us haven't been thinking.

  • sorry, i just saw bunch of ridiculous comments ^_^

    my bad

  • great stuff

  • great stuff

  • "our government's laws are built upon Christianity"

No they're not. Watch my video "The Ten Commandments Test"

  • Enjoyed this. Nice background music too.

  • The only thing worse than being a bigoted, racist, homophobic, misogynistic, anti-science imbecile is claiming that it is divinely warranted. Good vid...:0)

  • Once humans as a species realize that there is no such thing as God, and that religion only fragments us and divides us as a race of people, only then will this world move forward. This coming from one who associates himself to a religion btw.

  • I love the Phantasm reference

  • Brilliant video!

  • preach on, reverend crutch!!!

  • funny stuff. whats the music?

  • "gps explodes near israeli checkpoints" classic!!!

  • Sweet, Double Negative.

    Atheists believe in everything!

  • "When a man ceases to believe in God, he does not believe in nothing. He believes in everything." -G.K. Chesterton

  • well said my friend

    x

  • The original Bach is much better.

  • God isn't the only thing one can believe in, friendo.

  • haha friendo... call it.

  • To experience pleasure. It doesn't matter what you believe in, we all just want to feel good.

  • haha, thanks. You should make this a series!

  • Hey, what song is used in this video? It's pretty neat

  • I love the last one about the Doctor parents. Thank God these are isolated events.

  • Great video! 5 stars!

By the way, what is this song? I'd love to use it in a video.

  • Religion is nothing but a sheer waste of time

  • great video!!

  • "Atheism, by definition, should not be proselytizing."

What a retarded statement. Atheism makes no statement about proselytizing, either for or against. However, humanistic ethics based on the golden rule make it your duty to inform people when they are being deceived.

  • Funny, that's how Christians feel about humanistic ethics, too!

So Atheism is now a religion?

    proselytize \PROS-uh-luh-tyz\, intransitive verb:

    1. To induce someone to convert to one's religious faith.

    2. To induce someone to join one's institution, cause, or political party.

    QED

  • Teaching people to be skeptical and think critically about their doctrines is not "inducing someone to join your cause".

  • Who asked them to teach us? Do you think they want to hear it any more than Atheists want to be converted?

My point is that both sides are as bad as one another, and should find points of agreement, not difference. The fact that you seem to hold the 'golden rule' in high esteem already shows some agreement in ethics!

  • "Who asked them to teach us? Do you think they want to hear it any more than Atheists want to be converted?"

That's why your only subscription is to patcondell? Because you are disinterested in hearing atheists critique religion?

"both sides are as bad as one another"

Either there is God or there isn't. Somebody has to be wrong. As for ethics, there's no such thing, only societal norms.

  • Religionisacrutch: Who said I was a Christian? You are either here to enlighten people or just piss them off for effect. It's obvious I'm wasting my time.

Why does it matter to you what I believe? You can't even debate without taking an extreme position, combined with a handful of mental masturbation.

Maybe I should have a handle like "polarizedclosedmindedextremistssuck" or "ifyoudontagreewithmeandmyfriendsyoureanasshole".

Grow up and get real. Bye.

  • You're obviously the one with the issues. I'm not whining and acting all offended like you are. Take your own advice, coward.

  • Pretty funny stuff however you did fail to mention that after Sonny Perdue prayed for rain in Atlanta, it did rain that night rather significantly. Just an observation.

  • He declared an entire prayer week. Also, from USAToday:

"Today, the National Weather Service was forecasting rainfall throughout the state, but government meteorologists say this precipitation won't make a dent in a state where some counties need 12 inches of rain just to get back to normal."

Printed the week following the prayer week. Just an observation.

  • Faithis, he prayed for rain while it had not rained for weeks. I live in Atlanta. It did rain that night. I don't recall the news forcasting rain. I'm not saying there wasn't a forecast for rain HOWEVER there wasn't a "Look, he knows it is going to rain and he's going to try and prove a point" argument going around either. So, there you go. Just an observation when I was here and you probably weren't.

  • Faithis, I was also listening to local broadcaster Neil Boortz that morning. Boortz was making fun of Perdue when it was announced he was going to pray. It was a relatively big news story. They never mentioned in the news that morning that it was forcast to rain. Boortz had egg on his face the next day and conveniently didn't mention a thing.

You can take it for what it is worth. I'm no Bible thumper by any means however it is rather funny IMHO and somewhat satisfying.

  • LMAO! Those people....if you can call them that.....are a bunch of morons. I'm a Christian and I must admit the vid is sad and funny all at once.

  • What is the music? It fits perfectly! Haha! We Jews sure do like to cheat God.

  • Holy crap. Glad I'm an atheist.

  • Love the imagery. Phelps 'church' threatened to come to my brothers funeral, but they never showed after the Hells Angels (the only REAL angels on Earth, IMO) said they'd be there too. That 11 million felt so good, let me tell you!

And yeah, all the other stuff too... lol!

  • Also, there is absolutely no difference in decency laws in the US or any muslim country.... Each country just has its own idea as to what is considered "private" and each country has its own right to have whatever standards it deems fit.

  • Except the Qur'an explicitly says the Hijab is a choice. Them enforcing it as LAW is wrong.

You're justifying evil. I find this common amongst even the most "moderate" of Muslims.

    I wonder.

  • Does it? Where does it say this? The Quran just says for women to wear it, it doesn't go on to say but you don't have to if you don't like it LOL

Have you ever read the Quran?

  • So all these moderate Muslims running around saying its "optional" are lying?

Phew. You would be quite the extremist to them!

And no, I haven't read the whole Qur'an, but even if I had, you would say my opinion is invalid because I do not read Arabic and an English translation isn't good enough...Well, most Muslims say that when you disagree with the Qur'an, anyways...

Have fun wearing your enforced Hijab then. At least the sun will not damage your skin.

  • You're trying to change the subject. The sovereignty of nations is not under question. We aren't talking about laws. We're talking about morality and human rights. I don't care what country you are in, indecency should NOT RESULT IN YOUR DEATH!

What kind of barbarian are you? Defending the right of nations to kill its citizens over a dress code? No wonder you don't see anything wrong, you're as morally corrupt as anyone!

  • You don't know if it was a staged event or if it's at all true if you see it on youtube LOL

I have been to muslim countries, seen women not wearing hijab, known women personally who do not wear hijab and live in muslim countries. Tunisia, a muslim country, does not even allow women to wear hijab there.... did you know that or has that not been reported on youtube for you?

  • I think that your vid is pretty biased, even though I am an atheist and against religion. Trying to make a religion look bad, by showing people that did stuff, who happen to follow that religion isn't right, it's like a lawyer that digs up all the dirt on peoples lives to try and discredit them in court. Example: If a christian priest kills infants because his "dead mother" told him so, then his christianity had nothing to do with it. Same as stalin being atheist, wasn't the reason he killed ppl
