Teto was originally gonna be an official VOCALOID, but it turns that she was just a fake VOCALOID for April Fool's. However, some fans made her voicebank using the UTAU system. So yeah, you could say that she's a UTAUloid.

@Misakichan644 Well for one, vocaloids cost money. Quite a bit of it too. But they are higher quality, and are easier to understand. Also, they have more editing parameters to help make the voice sound more realistic.

UTAU's are free though, and with enough effort, they can sound really good as well. And unlike vocaloid, you can make your own voices for UTAU :D

@REDDD20o91 Teto is not an official Vocaloid, she is a UTAUloid, same goes for Neru, though Neru has DEN something written on her arm. The number on Teto's arm doesn't exactly make her the fourth Vocaloid like Miku's 01 makes her the first, but I guess they're trying to make her look official. XD

They're voice donors in the sense that the programs are able to sing, but it'd be very difficult to create basic syllables from a comput
