To KGLookAlike, I have to kind of disagree with you. Alot of time it's the stars that get the attention and the ball but yes a good leader takes advantage of their team mates abilities. You might have a guy who's a little unsure about his skills but say he's good from close range and you tell "Hea man, you're good from the inside I need you to step up and use those skills" not every player is super confident but everybody needs to play to win games.

I dis agree w/Stanzo86 to some point, MJ, Magic, Kobe, LBJ didn't make the players around them better, the players around them could already play ball, if that was the case then why didn't Kobe win a ring w/o Shaq he ONLY got it AFTER Paul G came, cause Paul is a good baller, players are good and when they get w/other good players they do well together, if thats the case why did it take MJ 7 yrs to get the first ring? He didn't make them better, he got w/good players and they went and won

that is the stupidest comment ever... ai is one of the best individual players ever but will never be one of the greats because although he can take ANYONE one on one he makes teams worse by having him. case in point-the pistons (6 straight conference title appearances) sucked last year after getting him, and the nuggets (no title appearance since the 80's) went there last year after trading him. Jordan, magic, bird, even kobe and lebron made the players around them better- making them winners
