how do move the clip in and out? at a little over a minute?

well to put it simply i just use a program called adobe premiere elements 3.0 with that program you can make the clip go anyway umm..like moveing it to the left zooming in and out and its going fast because i split alot in the clip so it would be faster ^-^ hope that helped!
