I've never watched this show (don't know why youtube keeps recommending clips) but... if you were really in a meaningful relationship with someone from an evidently very high caste in India (judging by the fact that she had the bread to go to an Ivy League school) you would understand that the caste system is VERY important. And that someone *could* get disowned by their entire family for dating outside of it, especially if they're female.
Also could make minor Star Trek nerd nitpicks but meeeh
@CMontyBeAwesome true that. What does he want in Priya...if the kamasutra is the only reason he wants her, then he obviously has a lot more to know about romance.
@CMontyBeAwesome Putting the blame on Priya is quite unfair, considering how she is also under pressure of Sheldon's threat. The original fault is technically Leonard himself, for allowing Priya to exploit Sheldon's agreement, leading to the cause of events of Sheldon designing the new agreement (AND will force Leonard to sign it no matter what). If you must put it in simple terms: Karma.
@TheWinterfox10 Sheldon did that because Priya kept messing up his life by taking advantage of "void" parts of his old roommate agreement and all the other guys were acting like douchebags about it.
@rsplayer5555 yes, but Sheldon was kind of a dick for drawing up the original room mate agreement in the first place. it was awfully one sided for someone who needed a room mate to help offset the cost of an apartment he wouldn't have been able to afford to keep on his own.
@CMontyBeAwesome Annoying or not, Leonard has agreed to the roommate agreement, meaning he has accepted Sheldon's living habits. To constantly try and break out of the agreement (as Priya helped him), Leonard is disrespecting Sheldon's way of life. Not to mention if Leonard didn't sign the new agreement, he is suggesting Priya isn't worth more than a few agreements (which he has originally accepted) AND he doesn't care about Sheldon being a germaphobe .
That is what happened in 'Let that be Your Last Battlefield' classic ST episode. Brilliant move on Sheldon's part ! Dear God Priya is so hot! Ah yes, smoking hot pussy ... the downfall of many a man ...
@DelilahHouses personally it looked to me as if he had unplugged its ethernet cable soo that would be a completely viable option for preventing an email. But I suppose with a household of geeks someones got to have wifi.
@OkamsRazer they all have wifi, considering how there are many cases where the four would get together and play online games. Not to mention Penny stealing their internet using wifi as well.
For a scentist, Leonard isn't that smart. If ya girlfriend just told you to sign an agreement that would make your homelife more difficult in order to keep her parents from learning about you ... drop her right then & let the email go.
@krazyknva78 he's accustomed to that sort of lifestyle. what leonard is wagering on isn't just losing his gf, but sheldon as well. Perhaps you were too stupid to realize that sheldon hardly makes compromises, especially when it comes to living situations. another dumb statement poorly upvoted.
@lan600000 For someone questioning my level of intelligence & the intelligence of others, perhaps you should read the comment more carefully as it goes to Leonard & Priya's relationship, not Leonard & Sheldon.
Here, I'll dumb this down for you: Quit Trolling.
@krazyknva78 when the general consensus believe the Earth was flat, and shuned those that proved the Earth was round, that's the exact behavior you're showing now. I can't be held responsible if 94 people are fooled into medial influence and "guided" by the show to react in ways they want the audience to react. Fact is: Leonard was potentially able to lose both Sheldon and Priya if he held out on the signing. Leonard was only lucky when Priya forced him to sign it.
@lan600000 Fact is you've been going around "defending Priya" on YT. Fact is if the person you're in a relationship with would rather you sign a contract, which would make your home life more difficult, than reveal the relationship to their parents, means they're not worth being in a relationship with. And for you to roll around making asinine statements based off twisted assumptions while thinking you know better than anyone else makes you a troll. You already proved that.
@krazyknva78 Explain to me how the new agreement can potentially make Leonard's lifestyle less difficult than before Priya exploited loopholes in Sheldon's old agreement. All Sheldon did was fix those loopholes, and there was no mentioning of anything new to the contents of the agreement.
@krazyknva78 Perhaps you weren't pay attention to my posts,or your ignorance had denied you the ability to read, but I've stated that the Priya/Leonard relationship isn't to the point where Priya should risk her WHOLE future at the whims of a simple AND small conflict within the roomate agreement. If you weren't so narrow-minded,you would think from PRIYA'S point of view on whether Priya's parents knowing about her and Leonard's relationship is a greater RISK than agreeing to Sheldon
@krazyknva78 FYI, i merely criticize people whom doesn't have the capability to pay attention to the whole series of a show, THEN make comments based on their emotions and their asses. When you react emotionally to a certain situation because YOU FEEL the situation or the characters in the situation are unjust, you've insulted the show for its focus on HUMOR. Here's a troll comment for you: dumbshit.
@lan600000 That's one of the most asinine statements I've ever read. Congrats on your troll award. Get the dick out your ass already. The whole point to my original comment was Priya wasn't worth it. Between the two of us, it's not me insulting the show, of which I've watched when it first aired, but your twisted interpretation, too which appears to lack common sense or basic human emotion. Either way, you're still proving to be a troll whether you can admit to it or not.
@krazyknva78 The whole point of your original comment was questioning Leonard's decision on signing Sheldon's new agreement AND cricisizing Leonard's intelligence based upon his decision. I will agree that it seemed Leonard is only signing the agreement because Priya influenced him to do so, in order for their relationship to continue (In its own merits). HOWEVER, the agreement also gave Sheldon a valid reason to not propose moving out (WHICH he has done so before)
@krazyknva78 If you were to deny my statements by stating how I have misinterpretated how situation would have turned out differently, then you yourself have misinterpretated on what kind of personality Sheldon has. Priya aside, Sheldon prioritizes his own well-being FAR more than anyone else's due to his egotistical nature of self-proclaimed "higher intelligence" (which I respect). In the first season, Sheldon has mentioned at times that he would live alone if he can pay for it.
@krazyknva78 As for Priya, explain to me why/how she isn't worth Leonard making a few sacrifices for? Despite his intelligence and a steady career, Leonard's potential of having a girlfriend was, or still is, slim at best. On the other hand, Priya has more potential to find suitable partners if she wanted to, but Priya choosing Leonard is enough valid proof that she has feelings for him. Also, TO NOTE: Priya never mentioned hiding the relationship from her parents FOREVER.
@krazyknva78 Your claim for your loyalty towards this show isn't showing on your responses at all. In fact, I doubt you've even put any thought process into making invalid comments as to "Priya's not good enough for Leonard.. PENNY'S HOTTER GUYS!" Really? Your statement falls upon you taking a liking towards one character and supporting that character regardless of the cercumstances. Express what you think of me, troll or not, I'm proving you to be an idiot.
@krazyknva78 Furthermore, Priya actually thinks about her future than what you would consider as "true" love. They had a passionate start at their relationship, and it does not constitute as an intimate and lasting one yet. Unlike you and 94 others, Priya doesn't think on her ass, but rather on her lawyer senses. Additionally, you should know that Leonard is capable of inheriting Priya's family's wealth if they got together. In the end, your ignorance has proved you to be an idiot.
@krazyknva78 By the way, stating I'm a troll isn't a valid statement to prove why/how Leonard's lifestyle would be more benefitial. Don't prove yourself to be more of a fool than you already are.
@lan600000 And FYI: The proof regarding Leonard's lifestyle at home, with Sheldon, is shown throughout the series. For Sheldon to state the new "roommate agreement benefits him greatly," compared to how Leonard's life at home was, proves Leonard's life at home wouldn't improve. The only two to benefit from Sheldon's blackmail was Sheldon (with his new agreement) & Priya (keeping her relationship with Leonard a secret from her parents). Nice try though. Better luck next time.
@krazyknva78 Explain to me why Sheldon would have to make the new roomate agreement if the old one had loopholes that Priya exploited, FORCING Sheldon to either make a COMPROMISE and create a new roomate agreement or LEAVE the apartment forever? The fact that Priya keeps her relationship with Leonard benefits Leonard as well, and all Leonard had to do was go back to his original lifestyle with Sheldon B4 PRIYA HELPED him.The end was a win-all situation genius. Learn to pay attention
@krazyknva78 I'm sorry if you can't made a valid point to back up your original statement. It's clearly not my issue if you're annoyed by my response towards a flawed statement that had no rational thinking behind it. Name-calling and flaming only makes your case even worse, and I really hope you're not representing the others that upvoted the original postee's statement, which you TRIED to defend. fail
Leonard and Sheldon's relationship is correlated to this situation just as much as Leonard and Priya's relationship. As I've explained before, and since you can't comprehend my previous explaination, I'll dumb it down for you as well. Priya exploit Sheldon agreement, Sheldon frustrated, Sheldon threaten with mail to Priya parent by forcing Leonard into signing new (fixed) agreement, Priya make Leonard sign or no relationship. <---- That's the summary of what has happened
@krazyknva78 note that PRIYA EXPLOITED Sheldon's old agreement FOR Leonard, so Leonard GAINED something in the beginning. Now where is the loss if Leonard signed the new agreement? Nothing. However, if Leonard didn't sign the agreement, this potentially happens: Priya break up Leonard, Sheldon frustrated with living situation, Sheldon propose he or Leonard leaves UNLESS Leonard agree to NEW agreement.
@krazyknva78 In the end, giving by Sheldon's personality, HE DOESN'T CARE if Priya and Leonard breaks up. However, SHELDON DOES CARE that LEONARD DIDN'T SIGN THE AGREEMENT. EITHER WAY, Sheldon will MAKE Leonard sign the agreement. Plus, Priya would have more to sacrifice than Leonard does, and the people that writes the story for this show CAREFULLY EXAMINED the possiblity of what should happen if they make the characters make certain choices, and what I've told you is one of them.
@lan600000 You really don't know when to quit, do you. ANYONE who watches the show knows every character's personality & history. My statement, while it seems to have flown over your head, is simply common sense. Anyone reading your comments on TBBT videos knows you defend Priya. For whatever reason, who the hell cares. Fact is if the one you're in a relationship with threatens to end it IF you don't keep the relationship a secret, they aren't worth it.
@krazyknva78 Generalizing doesn't support your case at all. If EVERYONE was able to comprehend the personality Sheldon and Priya has, then I don't see how Leonard not choosing to sign the agreement would NOT cause Sheldon to leave, NOR would it benefits him in not signing the agreement all the while LOSING HIS GIRLFRIEND AND POTENTIALLY HIS BEST FRIEND. Your statement proves what you interpret as common sense, but it is irrational to say the least in terms of gains and losses.
@krazyknva78 Apparently you haven't read my comments carefully, OR have read them at all. Why? because I've gone to lengths on why people's opinions of Priya are falsely analyzed. If you can't prove your statement, then it's rejected. Also, it is not a fact to judge someone's relationship on the basis of ONE situation with a ONE-SIDED perspective. It seems the only person that's been missing my points is you, considering how EVERYTHING I've written is AGAINST your statement
@lan600000 Your comments are a poor defense for Priya. Leonard & Sheldon's friendship would have certainly survived. You're making assumptions which, considering everything shown in the show thus far, hold no merits.
AGAIN, if your girlfriend tells you to sign an agreement that puts burden on your personal life, in order to keep the relationship a secret from her parents, otherwise the relationship is over, she isn't worth it. The outcome of the relationship is proof of that.
@krazyknva78 Again, you're making statements without proving facts. Sheldon has made clear that his well-being is prioritized over his friends (ex. robbery episode, physics contest episode etc). The ONLY reason Sheldon never left his friends is mainly due to external situations (worse living situation elsewhere). Apart from telling me my statements hold little support in my defense for Priya, you should actually make supporting details to your statement.
@krazyknva78 Also, the reason for Leonard and Priya's break-up isn't because Priya didn't tell her parents about Leonard. The main problem of Leonard breaking up with Priya is because Priya slept with her ex, whilst Leonard almost slept with some stranger. The main cause for their action could be the long-distance relationship effect when Priya went back to India. HOWEVER, that matter is irrelevant to this situation because there was no correlation between the two situations.
@krazyknva78 I don't know where you're making the conclusion that having Leonard to go back to living with Sheldon's original living standard and keeping a secret from Priya's parents MOMENTARILY is more benefitial than constantly having conflicts with Sheldon on living agreements AND losing Priya in total. So far, as I've seen from your statements, the only premise to your comments are people NEEDS to be ABSOLUTELY FAITHFUL to their partner. In reality, that's not the whole case.
@lan600000 I DID NOT say it benefits Leonard. In point of fact, I've argued it was not in Leonard's best interest to sign the new roommate agreement. Additionally, considering it was implied Leonard & Priya's relationship was to be monogamous, it goes to show Priya's character. Did Leonard screw up? Of course, but he did manage to stop himself. Priya did no such thing & wasn't going to tell him she cheated. You just made my case for me, yet again. Thanks!!!
@krazyknva78 When we're talking about Leonard's best interests, we have to take into account on what Leonard thinks benefits him and what doesn't. In this case, Leonard originally thinks not signing the agreement is benefitial for him because he THINKS its not benefitial. However, I've stated that Leonard was also LUCKY Priya forced him to sign the agreement because if the agreement wasn't signed, Sheldon won't give up on making Leonard sign the agreement without Priya's support.
@krazyknva78 I couldn't have made your case when I've already stated the two situations do not correlate. Can you atleast finish reading my response before taking assumptions of what I've trying to state? The reason we cannot account for Priya's personality based upon them cheating on eachother and relating to the current situation of Sheldon's blackmail is because the cheating occurred AFTER this incident. We can't even say the cause of their cheating was caused by this event.
@krazyknva78 Therefore, it's quite difficult for you to base Priya's personality on another situation when it should have never happened in this episode. Right now I'm arguing against your statement that Priya is in the wrong for making Leonard sign the agreement, not what caused the break-up. I only mentioned the true cause of Leonard and Priya's break-up as a reminder for you, and as a point that the current situation had nothing to do with it.
@lan600000 You're arguing, ultimately, it was in Leonard's best interest to sign the agreement to appease Sheldon & keep Priya. I argue it was in Leonard's best interest to end the relationship rather than sign the agreement. Priya threatening to end the relationship if Leonard didn't keep it a secret, combined with her controlling attitude, is why MANY argue Priya wasn't worth it. Her cheating is just more validation of that argument.
@krazyknva78 Don't put words into my statements. I never said it was in Leonard's best interest to sign the agreement, I stated it SHOULD be in Leonard's best interest to do so due to the circumstances he is in, and the risks he will take if he doesn't sign the agreement. As for your statement, it was NEVER in Leonard's best interest to end his relationship with Priya, but it was in YOUR best interest to want him to end it. Again, you fall into a close-minded perspective.
@krazyknva78 Also, I'm pretty certain that I've suggested to disclose the cheating situation as there are no correlation to our current topic at hand. If our topic was "Should Leonard breaking up with Priya be a good thing or not?", then I will go into detail for your statement. In our case, the topic is as I've stated before: "Is Priya in the wrong for making Leonard sign the contract", which you've stated yes and I'm questioning your statement. Stay on topic.
@lan600000 Perhaps YOU need to stay on topic & read the comments. Priya was wrong for giving Leonard the ultimatum as she did. No one faults her for looking after her own self-interest, but it certainly shows that relationship meant little to her, hence why she wasn't worth it. As I've stated repeatedly, it was in Leonard's best interest NOT to sign the agreement & end the relationship. No one, in their right mind, could possibly believe otherwise.
@krazyknva78 Ah good. now we're FINALLY making progess in this arguement. Now I'm going to question you on why you think Priya's actions were unjust. First of all, tell me why Priya should risk her family's respect, and wealth over a simple feud on the living agreement? The very same agreement she exploited for Leonard in the first place mind I add. In Priya's case, all she wants was for Leonard to continue living with Sheldon the way before Priya exploited the loopholes.
@lan600000 Wow, are you dense. You want it all broken down, so be it. Priya exploited Sheldon's agreement for HER & Leonard's benefit. The moment Priya risked anything, it was her way or the highway. If Leonard actually thought about it, he would realize Priya wasn't that serious about him. Priya didn't care about what happened with Leonard & Sheldon. She cared about keeping up appearance regarding her parents. At the risk of the relationship.
@krazyknva78 Theorectically speaking, Priya gains nothing from exploiting the agreement. She simply did it out of consideration FOR Leonard. Therefore, there was no justification for Priya to risk anything at all. To ask Priya if she should lose her parents respect because of a petty arguement between two roommates is absurd, if she's never really benefitted from the agreement as much as Leonard does. The unbalance in gain and loss puts Priya out of the consideration to risk anything
@krazyknva78 Following up on that matter, why should Priya be involved in the dispute between Leonard's dissatisfaction over Sheldon's agreement in the first place? Priya only exploited the agreement to help Leonard, but it doesn't justify why she has to make the sacrifice for Leonard as well. Technically speaking, Leonard should take the fall on Sheldon's threat as he was the instigator of exploiting Sheldon's agreement.
@lan600000 Priya involved herself in the dispute because she wanted to at the time. She has no one to blame for that but herself. If she stayed out of it, this very scene wouldn't have happened. Which goes to show so long as she doesn't risk anything, it's all well & good. But her true colors showed the moment she risked anything. Technically speaking, Priya got what she deserved for being arrogant in the first place.
@krazyknva78 It's quite ironic how you're stating Priya should be doing everything for Leonard in this situation. If Priya never exploited the agreement, would Leonard's well-being be any greater than forcing Leonard to sign the new (fixed) agreement? She cared for Leonard,so she exploited the agreement.THAT doesn't constitute being threatened by Sheldon and taking responsibility for HELPING someone.Stop thinking on the basis where it's all Priya's fault and you might prove something
@krazyknva78 At the same time, it was obvious that Leonard had no interest in signing the agreement. There can be several reasons as to why he signed the agreement:
1. To keep Priya. In terms of gain and loss, a relationship (Bad or not isn't up to your judgement, but to Leonard) outweighs a petty conflict.
2. Leonard should feel responsible for exploiting the agreement in the first place
3. My simulated situation on where Sheldon will insist on having Leonard sign regardless
@lan600000 Ultimately, Leonard signed that agreement because he panicked.
1) Leonard wanted a relationship with someone who was attempting to control how he looks & who he is friends with. Due to his lack of experience in relationships, he was to blind at that fact.
2) You're attempting to hold Leonard solely responsible, when it was Priya who first exploited the agreement.
3) Sheldon attempting to get Leonard to sign a new agreement was a given.
1. They ALL panicked. If Priya had to time to think of an alternative method to stop Sheldon, she would. However, pressure requries drastic measures, and she utilized the more effective method AT THE TIME.
2. What's wrong with dressing up your partner? Women asks their boyfriends how the dress look all the time. Also, Leonard had no problems with fashion advice, as he considers he might need some tips in dressing up. Furthermore, PENNY also tried to dress up Leonard
@krazyknva78 3. As to my previous statements, Leonard is the one that is under the living agreement's influence. To explot/sign the agreement only affects Leonard's gain/loss UNTIL Sheldon introduced a new loss, which is threatening to tell Priya's parents about their relationship. When that occurs, how is it justifiable for Priya to accompany that new loss, when Leonard was the only one that gained?
@krazyknva78 Sheldon WILL CONTINUE to make Leonard sign the agreement, even after (in your opinion) Leonard breaks up with Priya. Ultimately, Leonard would have been left with nothing. Explain to me how that would be a rational move for Leonard if he signs the agreement ALL to be left with nothing?
@krazyknva78 Instead of thinking if the relationship is important for Priya, you should also consider if Leonard takes his relationship seriously as well. If Leonard did not sign the agreement, the possibility of him breaking up with Priya may occur. However, under the influence of Priya's ultimatum, Leonard signed the agreement because he realizes the relationship is worth more than the agreement, but only because Priya thinks so as well.
@lan600000 Which leads to the fact that Leonard was certainly serious about the relationship. What he didn't considered was the fact Priya took more interest in herself, by threatening to end the relationship out of fear of her parents finding out, than what Leonard may be signing. Again, Leonard panicked when he agreed to sign it. Priya didn't care about the relationship at that point. She only cared about keeping the relationship hidden from her parents. Nothing more.
@krazyknva78 What you're missing out on is the situation from Priya's perspective. If Priya allowed the mail to be sent, she's sacrificing her FAMILY's respect for a relationship that's not forever (marriage) yet. In other words, their relationship would've died or soured the moment that mail was sent. HOWEVER, having Leonard sign the agreement means their relationship can be sustained with hardly any loss for anyone.
@krazyknva78 Leading to the fact that Priya may have considered the two options as rationally as she could in such a short time, and realized signing the agreement can allow her to keep the relationship with Leonard, keep her respect with her parents (so she may introduce Leonard at a more appropriate time), AND maybe find new ways to exploit Sheldon's new agreement.
@krazyknva78 As I've stated, Leonard didn't take interest in signing the agreement, but he should've given the situation he was in. Priya's method persuading Leonard to sign the agreement was a bold move, but realize she was under the pressure of Sheldon's threat and believed the simple living agreement feud was rediculous to risk their relationship over. Ask yourself this: Is the agreement worth more or is the relationship worth more? Also, don't generalize.
@krazyknva78 Also, this topic is only a portion of your statement. First we analyze if Priya is in the wrong in this situation, then we have to consider if Leonard breaking up with Priya can actually make his life easier, and we have to consider if not signing the agreement overweighs Leonard/Priya's relationship, then we have to consider why you think Leonard made the wrong choice.... finally we have to find reason as to your additional remark of Penny being hot.
@lan600000 Priya was wrong for the ultimatum; I will not stress that enough. And given the ACTUAL facts of the situation, it's reasonable to conclude that Leonard would certainly be fine without Priya. Especially when it's known he was fine before the relationship. Fact remains myself, & many others, believe he made the wrong choice because it showed Priya's willingness to throw Leonard "under the bus." And yes, I prefer sweet & down to earth, over bitchy & high maintenance.
@krazyknva78 Really? After all our discussion, you're going to tell me Priya's wrong for her ultimatum with no supporting details? This isn't about how YOU feel about their actions, but HOW their actions SHOULD be. Also, it's reasonable to conclude that ANYONE is fine without a relationship, but it's nice to have someone in your life. Also, it's reasonable to conclude that Leonard is more than capable of living under Sheldon's agreements. Don't generalize; you know why alraedy
@lan600000 As I've stated, I'm well aware of you going to various TBBT video clips & defending Priya. Why? I don't know nor do I care. Your comments leave one to believe you look at relationships more along the lines of a business arrangement than a loving commitment. Additionally, for you to fail to realize you're not changing anyone's opinion about Priya, & resorting to insults in the process, again leads me to believe you're trolling. Either way, I've wasted enough time.
@krazyknva78 As Sheldon have once stated (not in his exact words): "Chivalry is dead. Marriage is all about gain/loss". Also, my other arguements have only one correlation with our arguement, which is to question people's statements when it's so poorly justified. Furthermore, I looked at the SITUATION as a business arrangement, but I've also factored in their emotions in some cases, when we discussed about their relationships specifically. I can't change the mind of the stubborn.
@krazyknva78 but I can make them look like a fool for being stubborn. Plus, not everyone is like you: some agreed to my input, others retracted their statement, and others were able to give me significant supporting details to why they think the way they do. Don't assume everyone isn't "convinced" just because you're too arrogant to admit your ignorance. Trust me when I say this, troll or not, he is no worse than a fool who doesn't know he's a fool.
@lan600000 Bottomline: While you can roll around YT defending Priya till your fingers are sore, fact still remains PRIYA WAS NOT WORTH LEONARD SIGNING THAT AGREEMENT.
@krazyknva78 Just when I thought you were about to make a compelling arguement (given the number of responses you've made), this happens? Quite disappointing when you're too stubborn to give up by creating an ultimatum for yourself. Think carefully next time, before commenting on anything you're not fully sure of. Bye
@lan600000 And FYI, if it takes you two to four comments in order to attempt to make a point, perhaps you need not bother. Especially when you're stance on Priya is already documented here & on other TBBT video clips. Nothing you've stated, anywhere, has changed my perception of Priya. And it's not going to. It'd be like trying to convince Leonard & Sheldon Kurt is a really great guy.
@krazyknva78 Haven't you realize that I'm going out of my way to explain to you my statements? With supporting facts? From a Neutral Perspective? I wouldn't have to write 2-3 paragraphs to explain my statements if you could comprehend on what I'm questioning your statement on. Also, the only reason I can't change your perspective on Priya is if I can't back up my statements (which I have), OR you're being purely stubborn out of pride. Given the context, I'd wager the second.
@lan600000 I realize you're going out of your way to defend Priya being worth it. I point out, from a neutral perspective, that it is in fact NOT in Leonard's benefit to sign that agreement. It has nothing to do with stubbornness or pride. Merely common sense in understanding the situation from all sides. In this case, Priya made it very clear how important the relationship truly was, which ultimately would not benefit Leonard overall.
@krazyknva78 A person thinking on a neutral perspective couldn't possibly claim his statements on the basis of no supporting details. A person thinking on a neutral perspective wouldn't be constanting claiming Priya is wrong because (I) think she cares about her parent's opinions more than the relationship. As I've stated over and over before, common sense has no placement in an arguement. If it's so common, there would be no dispute. Clearly, it's just you generalizing again.
@lan600000 "Common sense has no placement in an argument." Wow, you're full of it. I'm done wasting time on a troll who's done nothing but ignore the facts of the situation. Clearly, you too busy arguing a lost cause which, you should know by now (between myself & several others on YT), will not come out in your favor. I shall make this my last statement to you:
PRIYA WAS NOT WORTH!!! And for you to spit BS as you have clearly shows you're a couple beers short of a 6-pack. BYE.
@krazyknva78 For someone who's claimed to "have wasted enough time" arguing with me, you're pretty intent on having the last say even when your last statement still doesn't a supporting fact. Explain to me why "common sense" is a valid supporting fact in statements? "Common sense" generalizes what facts people know fully well, thus making them "common". However, disagreements between two people means common sense doesn't apply for us, as the topic at hand clearly isn't common.
@krazyknva78 It is not so much as you're describing me rather than you describing yourself. When I was able to compile an essay-long response into questioning your statement, only to have you ignore half of my responses and not being able to refute the other half, that tells me that claims I've made to question your statement wasn't a "lost cause" at all, but rather your arguement was too flimsy from the start.
@krazyknva78 I don't think this will help you, seeing as how you're practically on the verge of denial, but I've stated backing up your statement through generalizing doesn't score you any points in an arguement. Generalizing does seem appealing to have as a fact, I'll admit, but nor you or I can credit other people's opinions to be valid seeing as how they're not here to support your claim. Also, just like my example, the majority does not constitute validity.
@krazyknva78 As for your concluding sentence (assuming this is your real concluding sentence and that you don't appear to make another concluding sentence again), I'd like to raise the question of just what Priya is not worth what? Is your emotion causing you to be so irritated by my claims that you weren't capable of making a complete sentence? Are you afraid that by completing your sentence (thus your claim), I will refute it again? Frankly, I think you've learned your lesson.
@lan600000 Learned my lesson? From a douchebag troll like you? LMAO!!! Get over yourself, kid, & get back to your video games. Better yet, go get a girlfriend & see how far your fucked up view on relationships works for you. The REALITY of the situation is Priya is still a bitch, she wasn't worth it, & you coming to her defense does nothing but remind TBBT fans how much of a bitch she is, not to mention show how much of a toolbag you are. Fuck off, kid. You failed, get over it.
@krazyknva78 Are you trying to infer your statements based on assumption? I'm not certain why video games are considered wrongful, for they are merely entertainment, and I'm not certain where you obtained the idea that I am currently single. It seems, to me, you've gone past rationality and into the stage of senseless attempts at verbally attacking me.
@krazyknva78 I'm not certain if I can state the validity of "reality" from someone that is incapable of controlling his emotions, let alone defend his case. I also can't find validity in why my defense for Priya correlates her to be "more of a bitch". For you, it may be sensible judgement, but for me, your statements have been heading into a loop of using another statement to back up the pretext and repeating those statements.
@krazyknva78 I will admit that I have failed to convince you of my response, but the reason for such failure would be on the basis of your stubbornness, irrational behavior, pride, inconsistency, and hostility. If you were so certain that your statement is capable of holding itself up against my criticism, then you would not have gone such lengths in trying to support your statement in the first place. A lesson here would be to stop before you've dug a deeper hole for yourself.
@lan600000 You're so arrogant and annoying you're just like Sheldon, your hero. Also I must say, it's really pathetic the way you go around causing pointless arguments about fictional characters in a TV SHOW. Its a fucking tv series, wise up.
@MARZ8734 Does that mean I'm just as wise as Sheldon? Because that would be awesome. Also, it's pretty pathetic to criticize a fictional character. To have the capabilities of defending one is another story.
@lan600000 No, you're just as annoying as him. I looked at the comment that started this whole argument between you and the other guy and it seems you threw a tantrum because he had dared to criticise Priya. Not everybody has to like all the characters of a tv show, and to get as pissed off as much as you do at people criticising your favourite characters is quite pathetic. You seem to think that if someone criticises a character, then that makes them stupid. It doesn't.
@MARZ8734 A tantrum? I merely criticized him the way he criticized Leonard and Priya. If you want to witness a tantrum, read our full argument and you'll see how he lost his temper. Never less, I don't mind someone criticizing others as long as they're able to state good supporting facts for their criticism and their criticisms should be constructive. Otherwise, it's just mindless bashing towards a character you dislike. By the way, my favorite character isn't Priya, but Sheldon.
@lan600000 Ok but this is a tv show so people will make criticism of characters and yes some of this criticism will be wrong. Its just a tv show so no-one should really care what people say about certain characters as much as you do. Also criticising a character doesn't make someone stupid.
@MARZ8734 If that's the case, people shouldn't take the characters so seriously, to the point of criticizing them. o: We should all know the characters are meant to be played out in a certain fashion. Constructive criticisms are fine, but just criticizing someone for no reason feels quite stupid for me.

Also could make minor Star Trek nerd nitpicks but meeeh

kaizoisevil 2 months ago
@CMontyBeAwesome Putting the blame on Priya is quite unfair, considering how she is also under pressure of Sheldon's threat. The original fault is technically Leonard himself, for allowing Priya to exploit Sheldon's agreement, leading to the cause of events of Sheldon designing the new agreement (AND will force Leonard to sign it no matter what). If you must put it in simple terms: Karma.

@TheWinterfox10 Sheldon did that because Priya kept messing up his life by taking advantage of "void" parts of his old roommate agreement and all the other guys were acting like douchebags about it.
rsplayer5555 3 months ago
@rsplayer5555 yes, but Sheldon was kind of a dick for drawing up the original room mate agreement in the first place. it was awfully one sided for someone who needed a room mate to help offset the cost of an apartment he wouldn't have been able to afford to keep on his own.
CMontyBeAwesome 2 months ago
@CMontyBeAwesome Annoying or not, Leonard has agreed to the roommate agreement, meaning he has accepted Sheldon's living habits. To constantly try and break out of the agreement (as Priya helped him), Leonard is disrespecting Sheldon's way of life. Not to mention if Leonard didn't sign the new agreement, he is suggesting Priya isn't worth more than a few agreements (which he has originally accepted) AND he doesn't care about Sheldon being a germaphobe .

@lan600000 For someone questioning my level of intelligence & the intelligence of others, perhaps you should read the comment more carefully as it goes to Leonard & Priya's relationship, not Leonard & Sheldon.

krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 when the general consensus believe the Earth was flat, and shuned those that proved the Earth was round, that's the exact behavior you're showing now. I can't be held responsible if 94 people are fooled into medial influence and "guided" by the show to react in ways they want the audience to react. Fact is: Leonard was potentially able to lose both Sheldon and Priya if he held out on the signing. Leonard was only lucky when Priya forced him to sign it.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Fact is you've been going around "defending Priya" on YT. Fact is if the person you're in a relationship with would rather you sign a contract, which would make your home life more difficult, than reveal the relationship to their parents, means they're not worth being in a relationship with. And for you to roll around making asinine statements based off twisted assumptions while thinking you know better than anyone else makes you a troll. You already proved that.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Explain to me how the new agreement can potentially make Leonard's lifestyle less difficult than before Priya exploited loopholes in Sheldon's old agreement. All Sheldon did was fix those loopholes, and there was no mentioning of anything new to the contents of the agreement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Perhaps you weren't pay attention to my posts,or your ignorance had denied you the ability to read, but I've stated that the Priya/Leonard relationship isn't to the point where Priya should risk her WHOLE future at the whims of a simple AND small conflict within the roomate agreement. If you weren't so narrow-minded,you would think from PRIYA'S point of view on whether Priya's parents knowing about her and Leonard's relationship is a greater RISK than agreeing to Sheldon
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 FYI, i merely criticize people whom doesn't have the capability to pay attention to the whole series of a show, THEN make comments based on their emotions and their asses. When you react emotionally to a certain situation because YOU FEEL the situation or the characters in the situation are unjust, you've insulted the show for its focus on HUMOR. Here's a troll comment for you: dumbshit.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 That's one of the most asinine statements I've ever read. Congrats on your troll award. Get the dick out your ass already. The whole point to my original comment was Priya wasn't worth it. Between the two of us, it's not me insulting the show, of which I've watched when it first aired, but your twisted interpretation, too which appears to lack common sense or basic human emotion. Either way, you're still proving to be a troll whether you can admit to it or not.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 The whole point of your original comment was questioning Leonard's decision on signing Sheldon's new agreement AND cricisizing Leonard's intelligence based upon his decision. I will agree that it seemed Leonard is only signing the agreement because Priya influenced him to do so, in order for their relationship to continue (In its own merits). HOWEVER, the agreement also gave Sheldon a valid reason to not propose moving out (WHICH he has done so before)
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 If you were to deny my statements by stating how I have misinterpretated how situation would have turned out differently, then you yourself have misinterpretated on what kind of personality Sheldon has. Priya aside, Sheldon prioritizes his own well-being FAR more than anyone else's due to his egotistical nature of self-proclaimed "higher intelligence" (which I respect). In the first season, Sheldon has mentioned at times that he would live alone if he can pay for it.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 As for Priya, explain to me why/how she isn't worth Leonard making a few sacrifices for? Despite his intelligence and a steady career, Leonard's potential of having a girlfriend was, or still is, slim at best. On the other hand, Priya has more potential to find suitable partners if she wanted to, but Priya choosing Leonard is enough valid proof that she has feelings for him. Also, TO NOTE: Priya never mentioned hiding the relationship from her parents FOREVER.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Your claim for your loyalty towards this show isn't showing on your responses at all. In fact, I doubt you've even put any thought process into making invalid comments as to "Priya's not good enough for Leonard.. PENNY'S HOTTER GUYS!" Really? Your statement falls upon you taking a liking towards one character and supporting that character regardless of the cercumstances. Express what you think of me, troll or not, I'm proving you to be an idiot.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Furthermore, Priya actually thinks about her future than what you would consider as "true" love. They had a passionate start at their relationship, and it does not constitute as an intimate and lasting one yet. Unlike you and 94 others, Priya doesn't think on her ass, but rather on her lawyer senses. Additionally, you should know that Leonard is capable of inheriting Priya's family's wealth if they got together. In the end, your ignorance has proved you to be an idiot.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 By the way, stating I'm a troll isn't a valid statement to prove why/how Leonard's lifestyle would be more benefitial. Don't prove yourself to be more of a fool than you already are.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 And FYI: The proof regarding Leonard's lifestyle at home, with Sheldon, is shown throughout the series. For Sheldon to state the new "roommate agreement benefits him greatly," compared to how Leonard's life at home was, proves Leonard's life at home wouldn't improve. The only two to benefit from Sheldon's blackmail was Sheldon (with his new agreement) & Priya (keeping her relationship with Leonard a secret from her parents). Nice try though. Better luck next time.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Explain to me why Sheldon would have to make the new roomate agreement if the old one had loopholes that Priya exploited, FORCING Sheldon to either make a COMPROMISE and create a new roomate agreement or LEAVE the apartment forever? The fact that Priya keeps her relationship with Leonard benefits Leonard as well, and all Leonard had to do was go back to his original lifestyle with Sheldon B4 PRIYA HELPED him.The end was a win-all situation genius. Learn to pay attention
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 And only a complete douchebag would believe Leonard "won" anything in this. Thank you for proving my point. You may fuck off now, kid.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 I'm sorry if you can't made a valid point to back up your original statement. It's clearly not my issue if you're annoyed by my response towards a flawed statement that had no rational thinking behind it. Name-calling and flaming only makes your case even worse, and I really hope you're not representing the others that upvoted the original postee's statement, which you TRIED to defend. fail
lan600000 1 month ago
Leonard and Sheldon's relationship is correlated to this situation just as much as Leonard and Priya's relationship. As I've explained before, and since you can't comprehend my previous explaination, I'll dumb it down for you as well. Priya exploit Sheldon agreement, Sheldon frustrated, Sheldon threaten with mail to Priya parent by forcing Leonard into signing new (fixed) agreement, Priya make Leonard sign or no relationship. <---- That's the summary of what has happened
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 note that PRIYA EXPLOITED Sheldon's old agreement FOR Leonard, so Leonard GAINED something in the beginning. Now where is the loss if Leonard signed the new agreement? Nothing. However, if Leonard didn't sign the agreement, this potentially happens: Priya break up Leonard, Sheldon frustrated with living situation, Sheldon propose he or Leonard leaves UNLESS Leonard agree to NEW agreement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 In the end, giving by Sheldon's personality, HE DOESN'T CARE if Priya and Leonard breaks up. However, SHELDON DOES CARE that LEONARD DIDN'T SIGN THE AGREEMENT. EITHER WAY, Sheldon will MAKE Leonard sign the agreement. Plus, Priya would have more to sacrifice than Leonard does, and the people that writes the story for this show CAREFULLY EXAMINED the possiblity of what should happen if they make the characters make certain choices, and what I've told you is one of them.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 You really don't know when to quit, do you. ANYONE who watches the show knows every character's personality & history. My statement, while it seems to have flown over your head, is simply common sense. Anyone reading your comments on TBBT videos knows you defend Priya. For whatever reason, who the hell cares. Fact is if the one you're in a relationship with threatens to end it IF you don't keep the relationship a secret, they aren't worth it.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Generalizing doesn't support your case at all. If EVERYONE was able to comprehend the personality Sheldon and Priya has, then I don't see how Leonard not choosing to sign the agreement would NOT cause Sheldon to leave, NOR would it benefits him in not signing the agreement all the while LOSING HIS GIRLFRIEND AND POTENTIALLY HIS BEST FRIEND. Your statement proves what you interpret as common sense, but it is irrational to say the least in terms of gains and losses.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Apparently you haven't read my comments carefully, OR have read them at all. Why? because I've gone to lengths on why people's opinions of Priya are falsely analyzed. If you can't prove your statement, then it's rejected. Also, it is not a fact to judge someone's relationship on the basis of ONE situation with a ONE-SIDED perspective. It seems the only person that's been missing my points is you, considering how EVERYTHING I've written is AGAINST your statement
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Your comments are a poor defense for Priya. Leonard & Sheldon's friendship would have certainly survived. You're making assumptions which, considering everything shown in the show thus far, hold no merits.
AGAIN, if your girlfriend tells you to sign an agreement that puts burden on your personal life, in order to keep the relationship a secret from her parents, otherwise the relationship is over, she isn't worth it. The outcome of the relationship is proof of that.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Again, you're making statements without proving facts. Sheldon has made clear that his well-being is prioritized over his friends (ex. robbery episode, physics contest episode etc). The ONLY reason Sheldon never left his friends is mainly due to external situations (worse living situation elsewhere). Apart from telling me my statements hold little support in my defense for Priya, you should actually make supporting details to your statement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Also, the reason for Leonard and Priya's break-up isn't because Priya didn't tell her parents about Leonard. The main problem of Leonard breaking up with Priya is because Priya slept with her ex, whilst Leonard almost slept with some stranger. The main cause for their action could be the long-distance relationship effect when Priya went back to India. HOWEVER, that matter is irrelevant to this situation because there was no correlation between the two situations.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 I don't know where you're making the conclusion that having Leonard to go back to living with Sheldon's original living standard and keeping a secret from Priya's parents MOMENTARILY is more benefitial than constantly having conflicts with Sheldon on living agreements AND losing Priya in total. So far, as I've seen from your statements, the only premise to your comments are people NEEDS to be ABSOLUTELY FAITHFUL to their partner. In reality, that's not the whole case.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 I DID NOT say it benefits Leonard. In point of fact, I've argued it was not in Leonard's best interest to sign the new roommate agreement. Additionally, considering it was implied Leonard & Priya's relationship was to be monogamous, it goes to show Priya's character. Did Leonard screw up? Of course, but he did manage to stop himself. Priya did no such thing & wasn't going to tell him she cheated. You just made my case for me, yet again. Thanks!!!
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 When we're talking about Leonard's best interests, we have to take into account on what Leonard thinks benefits him and what doesn't. In this case, Leonard originally thinks not signing the agreement is benefitial for him because he THINKS its not benefitial. However, I've stated that Leonard was also LUCKY Priya forced him to sign the agreement because if the agreement wasn't signed, Sheldon won't give up on making Leonard sign the agreement without Priya's support.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 I couldn't have made your case when I've already stated the two situations do not correlate. Can you atleast finish reading my response before taking assumptions of what I've trying to state? The reason we cannot account for Priya's personality based upon them cheating on eachother and relating to the current situation of Sheldon's blackmail is because the cheating occurred AFTER this incident. We can't even say the cause of their cheating was caused by this event.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Therefore, it's quite difficult for you to base Priya's personality on another situation when it should have never happened in this episode. Right now I'm arguing against your statement that Priya is in the wrong for making Leonard sign the agreement, not what caused the break-up. I only mentioned the true cause of Leonard and Priya's break-up as a reminder for you, and as a point that the current situation had nothing to do with it.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 You're arguing, ultimately, it was in Leonard's best interest to sign the agreement to appease Sheldon & keep Priya. I argue it was in Leonard's best interest to end the relationship rather than sign the agreement. Priya threatening to end the relationship if Leonard didn't keep it a secret, combined with her controlling attitude, is why MANY argue Priya wasn't worth it. Her cheating is just more validation of that argument.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Don't put words into my statements. I never said it was in Leonard's best interest to sign the agreement, I stated it SHOULD be in Leonard's best interest to do so due to the circumstances he is in, and the risks he will take if he doesn't sign the agreement. As for your statement, it was NEVER in Leonard's best interest to end his relationship with Priya, but it was in YOUR best interest to want him to end it. Again, you fall into a close-minded perspective.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Also, I'm pretty certain that I've suggested to disclose the cheating situation as there are no correlation to our current topic at hand. If our topic was "Should Leonard breaking up with Priya be a good thing or not?", then I will go into detail for your statement. In our case, the topic is as I've stated before: "Is Priya in the wrong for making Leonard sign the contract", which you've stated yes and I'm questioning your statement. Stay on topic.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Perhaps YOU need to stay on topic & read the comments. Priya was wrong for giving Leonard the ultimatum as she did. No one faults her for looking after her own self-interest, but it certainly shows that relationship meant little to her, hence why she wasn't worth it. As I've stated repeatedly, it was in Leonard's best interest NOT to sign the agreement & end the relationship. No one, in their right mind, could possibly believe otherwise.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Ah good. now we're FINALLY making progess in this arguement. Now I'm going to question you on why you think Priya's actions were unjust. First of all, tell me why Priya should risk her family's respect, and wealth over a simple feud on the living agreement? The very same agreement she exploited for Leonard in the first place mind I add. In Priya's case, all she wants was for Leonard to continue living with Sheldon the way before Priya exploited the loopholes.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Wow, are you dense. You want it all broken down, so be it. Priya exploited Sheldon's agreement for HER & Leonard's benefit. The moment Priya risked anything, it was her way or the highway. If Leonard actually thought about it, he would realize Priya wasn't that serious about him. Priya didn't care about what happened with Leonard & Sheldon. She cared about keeping up appearance regarding her parents. At the risk of the relationship.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Theorectically speaking, Priya gains nothing from exploiting the agreement. She simply did it out of consideration FOR Leonard. Therefore, there was no justification for Priya to risk anything at all. To ask Priya if she should lose her parents respect because of a petty arguement between two roommates is absurd, if she's never really benefitted from the agreement as much as Leonard does. The unbalance in gain and loss puts Priya out of the consideration to risk anything
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Following up on that matter, why should Priya be involved in the dispute between Leonard's dissatisfaction over Sheldon's agreement in the first place? Priya only exploited the agreement to help Leonard, but it doesn't justify why she has to make the sacrifice for Leonard as well. Technically speaking, Leonard should take the fall on Sheldon's threat as he was the instigator of exploiting Sheldon's agreement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Priya involved herself in the dispute because she wanted to at the time. She has no one to blame for that but herself. If she stayed out of it, this very scene wouldn't have happened. Which goes to show so long as she doesn't risk anything, it's all well & good. But her true colors showed the moment she risked anything. Technically speaking, Priya got what she deserved for being arrogant in the first place.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 It's quite ironic how you're stating Priya should be doing everything for Leonard in this situation. If Priya never exploited the agreement, would Leonard's well-being be any greater than forcing Leonard to sign the new (fixed) agreement? She cared for Leonard,so she exploited the agreement.THAT doesn't constitute being threatened by Sheldon and taking responsibility for HELPING someone.Stop thinking on the basis where it's all Priya's fault and you might prove something
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 At the same time, it was obvious that Leonard had no interest in signing the agreement. There can be several reasons as to why he signed the agreement:
1. To keep Priya. In terms of gain and loss, a relationship (Bad or not isn't up to your judgement, but to Leonard) outweighs a petty conflict.
2. Leonard should feel responsible for exploiting the agreement in the first place
3. My simulated situation on where Sheldon will insist on having Leonard sign regardless
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Ultimately, Leonard signed that agreement because he panicked.
1) Leonard wanted a relationship with someone who was attempting to control how he looks & who he is friends with. Due to his lack of experience in relationships, he was to blind at that fact.
2) You're attempting to hold Leonard solely responsible, when it was Priya who first exploited the agreement.
3) Sheldon attempting to get Leonard to sign a new agreement was a given.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78
Furthermore, PENNY also tried to dress up Leonard
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 3. As to my previous statements, Leonard is the one that is under the living agreement's influence. To explot/sign the agreement only affects Leonard's gain/loss UNTIL Sheldon introduced a new loss, which is threatening to tell Priya's parents about their relationship. When that occurs, how is it justifiable for Priya to accompany that new loss, when Leonard was the only one that gained?
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Sheldon WILL CONTINUE to make Leonard sign the agreement, even after (in your opinion) Leonard breaks up with Priya. Ultimately, Leonard would have been left with nothing. Explain to me how that would be a rational move for Leonard if he signs the agreement ALL to be left with nothing?
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Instead of thinking if the relationship is important for Priya, you should also consider if Leonard takes his relationship seriously as well. If Leonard did not sign the agreement, the possibility of him breaking up with Priya may occur. However, under the influence of Priya's ultimatum, Leonard signed the agreement because he realizes the relationship is worth more than the agreement, but only because Priya thinks so as well.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Which leads to the fact that Leonard was certainly serious about the relationship. What he didn't considered was the fact Priya took more interest in herself, by threatening to end the relationship out of fear of her parents finding out, than what Leonard may be signing. Again, Leonard panicked when he agreed to sign it. Priya didn't care about the relationship at that point. She only cared about keeping the relationship hidden from her parents. Nothing more.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 What you're missing out on is the situation from Priya's perspective. If Priya allowed the mail to be sent, she's sacrificing her FAMILY's respect for a relationship that's not forever (marriage) yet. In other words, their relationship would've died or soured the moment that mail was sent. HOWEVER, having Leonard sign the agreement means their relationship can be sustained with hardly any loss for anyone.

@krazyknva78 Leading to the fact that Priya may have considered the two options as rationally as she could in such a short time, and realized signing the agreement can allow her to keep the relationship with Leonard, keep her respect with her parents (so she may introduce Leonard at a more appropriate time), AND maybe find new ways to exploit Sheldon's new agreement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 As I've stated, Leonard didn't take interest in signing the agreement, but he should've given the situation he was in. Priya's method persuading Leonard to sign the agreement was a bold move, but realize she was under the pressure of Sheldon's threat and believed the simple living agreement feud was rediculous to risk their relationship over. Ask yourself this: Is the agreement worth more or is the relationship worth more? Also, don't generalize.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Also, this topic is only a portion of your statement. First we analyze if Priya is in the wrong in this situation, then we have to consider if Leonard breaking up with Priya can actually make his life easier, and we have to consider if not signing the agreement overweighs Leonard/Priya's relationship, then we have to consider why you think Leonard made the wrong choice.... finally we have to find reason as to your additional remark of Penny being hot.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Priya was wrong for the ultimatum; I will not stress that enough. And given the ACTUAL facts of the situation, it's reasonable to conclude that Leonard would certainly be fine without Priya. Especially when it's known he was fine before the relationship. Fact remains myself, & many others, believe he made the wrong choice because it showed Priya's willingness to throw Leonard "under the bus." And yes, I prefer sweet & down to earth, over bitchy & high maintenance.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Really? After all our discussion, you're going to tell me Priya's wrong for her ultimatum with no supporting details? This isn't about how YOU feel about their actions, but HOW their actions SHOULD be. Also, it's reasonable to conclude that ANYONE is fine without a relationship, but it's nice to have someone in your life. Also, it's reasonable to conclude that Leonard is more than capable of living under Sheldon's agreements. Don't generalize; you know why alraedy
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 When you break the statement into those components, you would have realized why I object to your statement.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 As I've stated, I'm well aware of you going to various TBBT video clips & defending Priya. Why? I don't know nor do I care. Your comments leave one to believe you look at relationships more along the lines of a business arrangement than a loving commitment. Additionally, for you to fail to realize you're not changing anyone's opinion about Priya, & resorting to insults in the process, again leads me to believe you're trolling. Either way, I've wasted enough time.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 As Sheldon have once stated (not in his exact words): "Chivalry is dead. Marriage is all about gain/loss". Also, my other arguements have only one correlation with our arguement, which is to question people's statements when it's so poorly justified. Furthermore, I looked at the SITUATION as a business arrangement, but I've also factored in their emotions in some cases, when we discussed about their relationships specifically. I can't change the mind of the stubborn.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 but I can make them look like a fool for being stubborn. Plus, not everyone is like you: some agreed to my input, others retracted their statement, and others were able to give me significant supporting details to why they think the way they do. Don't assume everyone isn't "convinced" just because you're too arrogant to admit your ignorance. Trust me when I say this, troll or not, he is no worse than a fool who doesn't know he's a fool.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Bottomline: While you can roll around YT defending Priya till your fingers are sore, fact still remains PRIYA WAS NOT WORTH LEONARD SIGNING THAT AGREEMENT.
Period.
End of Story.
Peace.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Just when I thought you were about to make a compelling arguement (given the number of responses you've made), this happens? Quite disappointing when you're too stubborn to give up by creating an ultimatum for yourself. Think carefully next time, before commenting on anything you're not fully sure of. Bye
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 And FYI, if it takes you two to four comments in order to attempt to make a point, perhaps you need not bother. Especially when you're stance on Priya is already documented here & on other TBBT video clips. Nothing you've stated, anywhere, has changed my perception of Priya. And it's not going to. It'd be like trying to convince Leonard & Sheldon Kurt is a really great guy.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 Haven't you realize that I'm going out of my way to explain to you my statements? With supporting facts? From a Neutral Perspective? I wouldn't have to write 2-3 paragraphs to explain my statements if you could comprehend on what I'm questioning your statement on. Also, the only reason I can't change your perspective on Priya is if I can't back up my statements (which I have), OR you're being purely stubborn out of pride. Given the context, I'd wager the second.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 I realize you're going out of your way to defend Priya being worth it. I point out, from a neutral perspective, that it is in fact NOT in Leonard's benefit to sign that agreement. It has nothing to do with stubbornness or pride. Merely common sense in understanding the situation from all sides. In this case, Priya made it very clear how important the relationship truly was, which ultimately would not benefit Leonard overall.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 A person thinking on a neutral perspective couldn't possibly claim his statements on the basis of no supporting details. A person thinking on a neutral perspective wouldn't be constanting claiming Priya is wrong because (I) think she cares about her parent's opinions more than the relationship. As I've stated over and over before, common sense has no placement in an arguement. If it's so common, there would be no dispute. Clearly, it's just you generalizing again.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 "Common sense has no placement in an argument." Wow, you're full of it. I'm done wasting time on a troll who's done nothing but ignore the facts of the situation. Clearly, you too busy arguing a lost cause which, you should know by now (between myself & several others on YT), will not come out in your favor. I shall make this my last statement to you:
PRIYA WAS NOT WORTH!!! And for you to spit BS as you have clearly shows you're a couple beers short of a 6-pack. BYE.
krazyknva78 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 For someone who's claimed to "have wasted enough time" arguing with me, you're pretty intent on having the last say even when your last statement still doesn't a supporting fact. Explain to me why "common sense" is a valid supporting fact in statements? "Common sense" generalizes what facts people know fully well, thus making them "common". However, disagreements between two people means common sense doesn't apply for us, as the topic at hand clearly isn't common.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 It is not so much as you're describing me rather than you describing yourself. When I was able to compile an essay-long response into questioning your statement, only to have you ignore half of my responses and not being able to refute the other half, that tells me that claims I've made to question your statement wasn't a "lost cause" at all, but rather your arguement was too flimsy from the start.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 I don't think this will help you, seeing as how you're practically on the verge of denial, but I've stated backing up your statement through generalizing doesn't score you any points in an arguement. Generalizing does seem appealing to have as a fact, I'll admit, but nor you or I can credit other people's opinions to be valid seeing as how they're not here to support your claim. Also, just like my example, the majority does not constitute validity.
lan600000 1 month ago
@krazyknva78 As for your concluding sentence (assuming this is your real concluding sentence and that you don't appear to make another concluding sentence again), I'd like to raise the question of just what Priya is not worth what? Is your emotion causing you to be so irritated by my claims that you weren't capable of making a complete sentence? Are you afraid that by completing your sentence (thus your claim), I will refute it again? Frankly, I think you've learned your lesson.
lan600000 1 month ago
@lan600000 Learned my lesson? From a douchebag troll like you? LMAO!!! Get over yourself, kid, & get back to your video games. Better yet, go get a girlfriend & see how far your fucked up view on relationships works for you. The REALITY of the situation is Priya is still a bitch, she wasn't worth it, & you coming to her defense does nothing but remind TBBT fans how much of a bitch she is, not to mention show how much of a toolbag you are. Fuck off, kid. You failed, get over it.
krazyknva78 1 month ago in playlist Liked videos
@krazyknva78 Are you trying to infer your statements based on assumption? I'm not certain why video games are considered wrongful, for they are merely entertainment, and I'm not certain where you obtained the idea that I am currently single. It seems, to me, you've gone past rationality and into the stage of senseless attempts at verbally attacking me.
lan600000 4 weeks ago
@krazyknva78 I'm not certain if I can state the validity of "reality" from someone that is incapable of controlling his emotions, let alone defend his case. I also can't find validity in why my defense for Priya correlates her to be "more of a bitch". For you, it may be sensible judgement, but for me, your statements have been heading into a loop of using another statement to back up the pretext and repeating those statements.
lan600000 4 weeks ago

MARZ8734 3 weeks ago

It doesn't.
MARZ8734 3 weeks ago
@MARZ8734 A tantrum? I merely criticized him the way he criticized Leonard and Priya. If you want to witness a tantrum, read our full argument and you'll see how he lost his temper. Never less, I don't mind someone criticizing others as long as they're able to state good supporting facts for their criticism and their criticisms should be constructive. Otherwise, it's just mindless bashing towards a character you dislike. By the way, my favorite character isn't Priya, but Sheldon.
lan600000 3 weeks ago
@lan600000 Ok but this is a tv show so people will make criticism of characters and yes some of this criticism will be wrong. Its just a tv show so no-one should really care what people say about certain characters as much as you do. Also criticising a character doesn't make someone stupid.
MARZ8734 3 weeks ago
@MARZ8734 If that's the case, people shouldn't take the characters so seriously, to the point of criticizing them. o: We should all know the characters are meant to be played out in a certain fashion. Constructive criticisms are fine, but just criticizing someone for no reason feels quite stupid for me.
