Yep, and that was the time to exercise good judgement: his ultra was fully charged and Ken had about 25% health left, so even if the ultra didn't fully connect, it would still have killed him with a great margin. So he should have done a backthrow and ultra right after with no buffer. Still, Desora has an awesome Gouken, no doubt.
