Hey just a hint for this. When you blow up the nova 6 gas, if you did it, when you go and push x on the first tape deck the screen will shake acknowledging you did it. Second the thunder gun reloads at every checkpoint throughout the level, so it's "unlimited" in a sense if you use wisely
